The women receptionist was exceptional and met us at the boat and escorted us to the hotel. She was so accommodating!

The day we left which was early morning bc they didn't have a taxi back later and we only stayed in Venice 8 hours. The evening receptionist male refused to assist us to the dock and I had to make 2 trips bc my husband was in a wheelchair.

Best located hotel in Venice! 50 meters from San Marco square, just a sotoportego away from the main street and one block from the Vaporeto dock! Super friendly staff gave us a complete map with all the great interesting spots to see in Venice and the bars with the best Select Spritz in town. The hotel has a nice rooftop with a stunning view of Venice and a delicious breakfast with fruits, croissants, cereal and good bread.

Excellent price, quality and location ratio. Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Hotel is located 200 meters from vaporetto stop and San Marco square. Will be back!

The location cannot be beat—steps to the Piazza San Marco and the water buses which can take you to the train station, airport or anywhere else—like the island of Murano.

The rooms are small but that is expected for Venice. The walls and doors posed no barrier to sound leaking into the room. I literally heard our neighbors setting down their toothbrushes on the bathroom shelf! Every cough, every door opening and closing, every discussion (but not clearly enough to be interesting) was quite loud. Warning: the staff like to give a 10 minute tourism speech: be prepared to take a little time at check in!

The attention to detail, every single part is thoroughly though of to provide the most comfort. The staff was AMAZING specially the recepcionist that look a lil bit like a TV series star. Dont think it twice, the hotel is incredible and the staff will make sure you enjoy your visit. The photos show the room a lil bit small, but it is actually really spacious (and we got a tub!!!) Toiletries were exceptional, the breakfast was super as well. They teach you a lot about Venice and you know they love the place. That is something unique, I have not found anything like this in 5 different stays through Europe I dont have a single bad thing to say about this place, we are so looking forward to coming back ♥️

The Hotel Firenze was a great place to stay. The front desk people were friendly and very informative about sights and touring options, including taxi service to the airport at a much lower cost than an online booking. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure and temperature. The breakfast service and food were enjoyable. The view from the top floor terrace was beautiful.

Everything was great, we couldn't think of any improvements. We were traveling in a family of six, so we had three rooms. This made it a little expensive compared to an AirBnB, but the location, hospitality, and simplicity of staying in a hotel made the difference for us.

Great location in the middle of high end shopping and close to the main square. Loved the little terrace on top of the building. View of all the rooftops. Breakfast was served in a small room. We pointed at what we would like off the breakfast buffet, and the hostess brought it to our table. Although breakfast was not served on the terrace, you could talk with front desk and order drinks to have up there. We were in a triple room so size wasn't too small. Although not alot of places for suitcases. Upon leaving, reception booked us a taxi Vaporato and walked us to the location a short distance from hotel.

The location of Hotel Firenze was fantastic. Right in the middle of the shopping area and just a couple of minutes walk to the San Marco square. The staff were absolutely fantastic! Mattia took time to hand write on a map of Venice everything from historical sites to see, how to get around, and great restaurants. It was incredibly helpful. Ricardo was equally as fantastic in helping us with departure via a private water taxi. Both had impeccable customer service. They even serve you a complimentary welcome drink of champagne or belini, with some small bites. There is breakfast included each morning, which was delicious. The room was spacious, and had a fantastic vintage feel while feeling incredibly clean and comfortable. There's a rooftop terrace, which was great to enjoy our drinks and just taken in the beautiful weather. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great location with top notch customer service.

The staff were incredibly helpful in providing a map with so many things which we could go and visit in our time in Venice. The lift is useful. There was an ornate wall light which was probably Murano glass which gave the room an authentic touch. The bed was comfortable

I think it would have been helpful if all the guests were informed of the breakfast procedure. It may be difficult for some people to wait and not jump up to the buffet before they are invited by the breakfast staff. The breakfast room is small and the serving area can become congested which is why there is a protocol to wait to be invited to the buffet.

Hotel Firenze in Venice is hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at during a holiday. Every single staff member was super friendly right as we stepped foot in the door. Immediately, we were given recommendations of things to do and see in Venice while our bags were taken up to our room. Once getting to the room, we were surprised with some complimentary biscuits, chocolate, prosecco, and a cute outdoor balcony. The room was superbly clean and pretty spacious. The hotel itself is nestled right next to St Mark's Square and a bunch of shops, making it a great location. Out of all the hotels we stayed in Italy for our holiday, this one was our favorite!

Can't complain; the stay was wonderful!
