Amazing location. Close to St Marks Square, Vaporetto stop (Giglio), lovely shopping street and restaurants. Nice courtyard entrance.

Triple room small for 3 people, but comfortable enough for 2 night stay.

The hotel was in a very nice location near Piazza San Marco so it was easy to walk to the different landmarks in the area. It was tucked into a small alley so it was also nice and quiet. The hotel also allowed us to store our luggage after check out which was useful. They were also helpful in advising which water bus to get in order to get to the airport. On our second night, they provided us with an additional duvet without asking due to the cold weather which was greatly appreciated.

The pillows were very hard unfortunately and the shower facilities could have been improved. The bathroom was a wet room, but the shower screens were difficult to position to stop the bathroom from getting wet.

The location of the hotel was excellent as well as value for money. Breakfast was very good with good service for coffee and other hot beverages. Selection was great. Staff in general were helpful and friendly. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

The lighting in the bathroom was poor - a table lamp had been added but it didn't improve the lighting. There was an awful smell in the elevator like rotting garbage or a dead animal in the elevator shaft which got worse during our stay. The desk staff were either oblivious, pretending it wasn't there, or helpless to do anything about it.

The location was great.

Bed was not comfortable at all.

Superb location - off a central street very close to San Marco square and with designer shops, but very very quiet. Lovely staff who were helpful and friendly. Fairly spacious room with ensure bathroom and fridge/minibar. Very clean and bed was very comfy. Liked the black out curtains. Other areas of the hotel were very clean too, and we appreciated the lift. Breakfast was nice. Fantastic budget hotel!

There was a small leak from the bathroom sink which made the bathroom floor wet and slippy. We forgot to report this! We also thought the butter at breakfast had gone off but it was placed out on the table every day we were there.

Excellent location close to Piazza San Marco and other great areas of Venice. The bedroom was good in size with an air conditioner, which helps during hot weather (though the unit was really noisy and had to be turned off during the night). Comfortable bed and pillows. Staff was excellent and really approachable.

The shower was quite small, not suitable for all body types. Breakfast was alright but could have been better with a bit of more variety and quantity.

Fantastic location to access piazza San Marco, to take Water bus and to high fashion stores.

The bathroom, even nice and new, would spill the water from the shower all over, because of a poor design. To avoid s bigger “disaster” we had to use much less water during shower. Our room was 101, not sure if all the bathrooms have the bad design. The bar in the court yard was adorable and we had a cute small city view from our window. We didn’t have breakfast that would charge $15 per person, but it looked like a good buffet.

Gorgeous little hotel right in the heart of Venice. The location is ideal - you can walk in 10-15 minutes anywhere and easily visit all the important touristic sights. San Marco is just 5 minutes away! Very nice spacious rooms, extremely clean. A good bathroom with all the necessities provided. It is generally not noisy and you can also close the windows, which are sound-proof. We can’t wait to come back in the future!

The location is wonderful, just off a shopping area full of high end designer brands, about 5 minutes from St Mark’s Square. The room was very clean and the bathroom was a good size and reasonably modern. The hotel was very quiet at nighttime. Staff were helpful. Continental breakfast was good.

Some communal areas need to be redecorated as they are tired. No tea/coffee making facilities in room although hotel were happy to provide room service (at a cost).

The location was the best point! The hotel is comfortable, the room is large, the breakfast (paid extra) was also great! I can say that the hotel met our expectations and for those looking to be close to "big brand" stores, the location is perfect!

We only had one discomfort in the bathroom, the shower stall cannot protect the bath water, and it ends up spreading throughout the bathroom, I had to dry the entire bathroom to avoid leaving it all flooded. This didn't affect our short stay, but I imagine that if it had been a reservation for many days, it would possibly upset me a lot.
