Venetian charm and a lovely courtyard. The staff were so welcoming and caring. As an older solo traveller, I really appreciated the location, the peacefulness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff.

I genuinely had no issues. My room was small but it had everything I needed. the bed was comfy, there a plug next to the bed for charging my phone, there was a tv and fridge and I was given a kettle on request. it was very clean.

The localization is the best point of this hotel - the area it’s quite calm so it’s perfect for resting in the night and it’s very near to ferry by which you can travel to bus for airport and St. Marco Square or you can just take a walk and enjoy the city. The room was clean and bed quite quite comfortable. You have a kettle and free bags of tea, additionally few bottles of water free of charge. The hotel has a small garden which is perfect for taking a breakfast in a sunny weather. the room service was always polite and very helpful.

The bathroom was quite small and water is shower was not always hot and water jet was weak. After cleaning of the room, the room service forgot to leave a new additional paper roll.

Location with all the restaurants and bars is top.

Be aware the walls are very thin.

Spotlessly clean. Perfect location, away from the most touristic and crowded part of venice, yet close enough to reach everything by foot. The room was big enough for the two of us, and it also had a wardrobe with hangers . Very comfortable bed. AC worked perfectly. There are a lot of good restaurants at walking distance. They were very nice and kept our bags safe after check out, until in the afternoon when we had our train. We would definitely stay here again when we visit venice.

There was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the rooms, but since the building was old, it is understandable. It did not bother us too much.

Amazing location, the stuff was friendly and were always willing to help us with whichever way possible, from our arrival to the airport till the day we had to leave. One day before our arrival the reception reached out to me and sent me a video showing how we can access the hotel. The reception was amazingly friendly and when a small problem with the hot water occurred they took actions and fixed it in no time, informing us that everything was ok instantly. Everything went as smoothly as it should. We would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

Lovely staff, had a little garden space where breakfast was served - very quiet. Good aircon - location central easy walk to St Marks/ Rialto and close to Fondamente Nouve for boats to Murano and the islands. Approx 20 mins walk from the bus station. Close enough to sites for convenience but far enough away to feel peaceful. The host sent a video of how to get there which was really helpful as we arrived very late. Plenty of eating places nearby, away from the expensive crowded centre. Tea and coffee and kettle in room.

Needed more storage in the room - no drawer space or bedside tables - or storage in the bathroom - room felt cluttered as a result. Just had a large wardrobe with hanging space but that was all.

First of all the friendliness and warmth of the staff is fantastic. Before I arrived in Venice, they asked me about my arrival and gave me the correct transportation advice. I don't tip them extra like I do in the US or Thailand, but they always have a smile on their face and ask how you feel and what else they can do for you. Although this is just a courtesy, I do feel relaxed and happy about it. Secondly, the location is very good, in fact almost all attractions on the island can be easily reached on foot. Compared with other hotels on the island, it is very cost-effective. I stay in a single room on the top floor. The room is small but fulll-equipped, quiet and comfortable. The staff cleaned the floor very clean, and the sink was as white as new. They also have an exquisite small yard, you can have a breakfast for 6 euros, and then take a refreshing citywalk. Oh, and there's free cold soda in the fridge and they provide with a socket adapter. It will be the only thing you want after a hot day in Italy. You can also store your luggage after you check out. There is a toilet in the storage room. I saw there is also a shower inside while not sure if it was usable. It would be nice to have a refreshing wash of sweat before heading out. Because of work, I have traveled to other continents except Antarctica, and stayed in very luxurious sailing hotels and simple capsule hotels. To be honest, I am not a very picky person, this hotel makes me feel very comfortable, if I have the opportunity to come to Venice again, I think I will still choose to stay here.

Mosquitoes in the yard prefer to bite me rather than others

It was located in a quiet street in the Cannaregio area of Venice and perfectly located for my needs. The room was small but tastefully designed and had all the essentials I needed for a short trip for the film festival I.E. a comfy bed, air con and a shower. The film festival schedule meant I was always out before the reception opened but the staff were excellent at communicating through WhatsApp for advice, directions and sorting luggage, etc.

Nothing to dislike really. Did not use many of the facilities outside of my room.

I liked the location of this property as it was out of the heavily tourist area rad but still close to bars and restaurants. It was close enough to the train station to walk (5 bridge crossing - 2 easy 3 traditional). Bed, air conditioning and fridge all good. No street noise. Wifi was good for Venice (wifi in Venice is generally very sketchy) Great communication from property, the video sent on WhatsApp was very helpful in finding location. There is a good laundromat just a few minutes away.

It does not have a lift and the 3rd floor is a long way to carry luggage. Shower could use some enclosure on the floor. Could use an extra pillow even in a single room and duvet instead of quilt cover.
