Amazing location, close to everything. Breakfast was very sufficient and with a good amount of choice. Nice and professional staff. Nice view towards the city.

The room itself was good, but needs refreshments. I understand it’s part of the style of the hotel, nonetheless some furniture was unusable because of its age. For example mirrors so dark and blurred that u can’t see anything or shower head was full of rust.

The staff were so helpful and were at hand to answer all my questions and offer help whenever needed. I was made to feel welcome in a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere with easy access to all the local sights and felt comfortable and safe in the hotel at all time. Also as a coeliac the gluten free breakfast of bread toasted separately, cornflakes and breakfast muffins was more than I expected and I am grateful to all the staff for all the effort they went to.

There is absolutely nothing I would have changed.

The warm welcome from the lovely Staff. The comfortable bed and the cosy foyer/ bar area. The position . The hotel really IS a few yards, along a flat path, from a Vaporetto/ Airport Transfer stop. The opportunity to relax and chat with other residents, in the public areas.

The staff is extremely nice! Thank you for the service! The room is pretty, but a bit small (as everything in Venice haha), We arrived in November and there was no problem with heating, which is done by AC in the rooms, The whole Hotel looks really pretty. The breakfast is standard hotel breakfast (eggs, fruits, bakery etc.), but nothing was missing and again, the service was amazing. :)

Heating with the AC is new to me, took some time to get used to it. I think the breakfast could have used some more healthy options. The bathroom has no separate heating, that's not so nice. Sill a great place to stay. Maybe more English channels on TV or YouTube at least would be nice.

Hotel Bel Sito e Berlino is a fantastic journey through time, the quintessence of Venice. Great historical experience. The hotel does not have a view of the canal, but it is very well located, within walking distance of St. Mark's Square but still a little to the side. Peace and quiet all around. After entering, we immediately feel that we are in real Venice, there are no modern elements here, which adds authenticity to the interior. This is a typical 3* hotel, but it lacks nothing. The hotel staff deserves praise, all very authentic and helpful. Everything fits together there. Great place!

I'm very happy that I picked Hotel Bel Sito e Berlino for my 3-night stay in Venice. The hotel has an excellent location, in the heart of Sestiere San Marco and at a walking distance from all the tourist attractions. All the staff were excellent, made me feel welcome from my check-in and were all very serviceable, professional and friendly. I recommend that you choose to take your breakfast here, it was good, very varied and with excellent coffee, much better than what I found at nearby cafeterias. I stayed at a single room that was very comfortable, small but sufficient for what I needed, and above all, what a view! Just infront of Chiesa de Santa Maria del Giglio! If I ever come back to beautiful Venice, I will definitely repeat at Hotel Bel Sito e Berlino.

Everything was perfect! All staffs are very nice and helpful. The location is very great and easy to approach both by boat (Vaporetto line 1 at Giglio station) and by walking from piazza di San Marco. The room is beautifully decorated in vintage style. The room was clean and smelled nice. The breakfast’s delicious and had variety. My room (402) is next to the canal and there were gondolieri sailed by and sang beautiful songs all day long. The front dresk is available 24 hr in case you need some help.

A really wonderful hotel set in a beautiful location in the heart of Venice. Everything was perfect for our Christmas stay. The fantastic staff go a long way to making this hotel what it is, nothing was too much trouble for them and you're always greeted with a friendly smile. Our room was just perfect as were the breakfasts and coffee. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Venice. Mille grazie!

Only minor negative is that our room was excessively warm and the air-con didn't seem to help much. So even though it was winter temps outside we nearly always had to have the patio door open to cool the room down. I have no idea where the heat was coming from?

The beautiful decor is what first attracted me to Hotel Bel Sito. Our room was beautiful with a gorgeous view. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Marco. Marco also recommend a great pizza place called Rosso Pomodoro which is close to the hotel and the pizzas were really good. The location was great too. Not even 10minutes walk to St Mark Square. I had the best stay and was sad to leave. I’d love to return in future and definitely recommend.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. However, If I had to say anything to improve the experience in future it’s that the shower took a while for the water to heat up.
