Breakfast was amazing, rooms clean and comfortable, great location

Guy running the desk was very unpleasant. He tried to charge me for another guest even though I booked for 2 people. He argues that he is losing money and I needed to pay for breakfast for my second guest. Eventually after showing my booking for two he grumbled and let us both eat in the morning. He also made us leave our passports at the desk upon check in for 10 min while he took us to our room which we did not like

Beautiful location and building. The bathroom had seen it's best days but everything was sparkling clean and came with everything we needed incl. quality bath products. The breakfast was surprisingly generous and staff very friendly. Very good beds. We had a superior double room with a small sitting corner which made the whole difference for a bit of space (the rooms are small as they often are in Italy), and a view to the inner yard (there's nothing there but you get more light into the room). No bar or lobby life at the hotel but there are plenty of places around. I would stay there again.

It got quite hot in the room, even though we turned of the heating and it was very cold outside. Not a big problem though as we cold easily air the room out with fresh air coming from the canal. .

Location was ideal. Perfect distance from all main parts throughout Venice. All of what we did was no more than a 15minute walk. Room was lovely, great air conditioning, bathroom fully stocked and great shower. Mini bar was full and good choice. Working TV and plenty of power outlets. Tea, coffee and kettle in the room. Lovely view over a little courtyard. Room was spacious and perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choice and all hot food was still hot.

The “large bed” we had was just 2 beds pushed together but besides that, no faults or problems.

First the location was fantastic to get access to the waterfront. We walked through the northern backstreets to get there which took 45 minutes. Def better to get a waterbus traghetto from the station Traditional character hotel. The staff was very helpful with advice , that makes the difference. We got a good deal for Venice so the value was great Hope to return.

The view wasn't too great for the room we had but for the price it was a minor detail. Also id advise getting the booking dot com breakfast deal in advance. Better wine glasses for the room would have been a nice touch.

This location is perfect if you want easy access by boat / water taxi. We took a private boat arriving from the train station and then departing to the airport. Super easy place to access especially if you have lots of luggage. The staff was amazing and Gabriele is the absolute BEST! There are lots of places to eat and drink nearby but you are tucked away (10-15 min walk from all the Rialto Bridge foot traffic). Shower had hot water and great pressure.

The quadruple room is up one flight of stairs and is pretty tight quarters. If traveling as a group of 3-4 people without kids, I would suggest booking two rooms instead. There was a random slipper tucked back under the bed and super dusty so I assume it has been there a while. The pillows were hard and flat but the beds are comfy.

Romm was clean and comfy. Breakfast is very good and costs 15€ a reasonable price. Location excellent. Staff polite and helpful.

Bathroom is shabby with a plastic curtain around the bath. The water stream was POOR so the shower experience was a disappointment. Towels had holes, not once but each day .... realy should be replaced immediately. They put plastic cups - come on! And no coffee/tea in the room. These points are really under any standards of similar hotels....and as pricey as this one.

We loved this hotel and would highly recommend it, the room (we had a terrace room on 4th) and bed was so comfortable, great Toiletries, dressing gowns and slippers. Very quiet location yet so central to St Mark's Square and a short stroll to The Rialto Bridge. The staff did everything to make our stay pleasant provided us with a map and recommendations of what to see. The breakfast was very good a great choice of different options. This was our first trip to Venice and we are definitely going to return to this hotel. Thank you Hotel Bisanzio team 😊

Petty but prefer shower door to shower curtains but that is so picky, I can't think of anything else.

great location, couldn't have asked for a better location, close to the Doge's Palace, and the grand St Mark's Cathedral. But also quiet as the hotel was tucked away in one of the charming alley ways. rooms were really charming. The concierge helped us with restaurant recommendations, and the hotel. offers a free water taxi ride to the island of Murano! It was fabulous! There were only the 4 of us on the trip, had a tour of a glass making gallery, they showed us all the work they hold in the collection, all for sale. We bought a couple pieces of jewelry, meet one of the glass blowers, and took loads of pictures.

bed was a little hard, but I think that's my issue, as I'm used to a very soft bed.

The host were lovely people who couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and safe. They kindly booked our final taxi to the station as we had many bags. This was helpful as we didn't know the city well. The apartment was well located and clean.

There was just the 2 of us out and about most of the time so the quirky furniture and lack of table didn't pose a major issue for us. If it had I'm sure the host would have provided us with the required amenities. We would definitely recommend and come again.
