Perfect location, apartment was huge and we got free upgrade to room with balcony which was awesome.

Security deposit... They want you to send pictures of your credit/debit card. That was extremely frustrating and it is actually illegal. Should change this method to take security deposit.

The property was nice, well located and clean. We stayed there for 2 night at the beginning of the Carnival of Venice and at night there was a lot of noise on the street and we had trouble falling asleep. The bed was comfortable, the room was very big, the location was excelent.

The noise at night but maybe it was due to the Carnival period because there were a lot of people on the streets, even during the night. Also, I am very upset about the 200 € deposit that I had to pay. I was asked for my card number and I know that this is not safe to send your card details online, however the host accepted to show my card at the check in for the deposit, but my money were blocked for 1 month an 2 days. I have received them back today, and I stayed in Venice from 2nd of February, so it is not ok at all to keep all that money blocked. It was not an issue from my bank, I was at another hotel that asked for deposit and I received my money back in 3 days, so here it is a problem.

We were really impressed with the apartment and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed for our stay. It felt like our safe haven from the heat of Venice in August. It was hard to persuade the kids to leave the apartment as they loved it. The location was perfect: very central/easy walking distance to main attractions and water bus but in a quiet street/area away from crowds and tourists. The staff were very friendly and helpful and carried our 4 heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs for us and lent me a charger for my phone. There was a fab supermarket only 5 mins walk away (it’s very close to the main Corte Nove building but our apartment was in a different building). Our stay was great and we’d definitely stay again if we return to Venice and would recommend to others.

No lift to the apartment but not expected in these old properties. Otherwise nothing we didn’t like. Fab place.

Everything! Absolutely amazing! Wonderful wonderful accommodation with everything ready for you. Incredibly clean too! Excellent location, very close to the water taxi stops. The best part of the property: Mr Paolo! He is VERY helpful! Very kind! And very very friendly. He made the stay very comfortable for us. Thank you VERY much Paolo and Corte Nova Residence! We will always come back

Modern, clean, comfortable accommodation comfortably sleeps 4 adults. Light and with all the essentials for a self catering stay. Small kitchen but had everything we needed.

My only issue was that we happened to travel to apartment in April on a very warm weekend and although property has AC we could not turn it on as there were no remote controls. TV only has Italian channels which my teenage kids didn’t enjoy. We only stayed 2 nights so it was ok.

Location is prefect, short walking distance to the heart of Venice. Grocery store is just around the corner. Very clean and comfort apartment. We had everything we need . Staff is friendly and helpful.

When booking, just check with the property which floor your apartment is on, if the stairs are the issue, there is small elevator for luggage, going up to the 2nd floor and we were on 3rd. It was not issue at all for us, we managed but just head ups.

Lovely quiet location. Easy access to the apartment. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and available to answer questions and recommend places to go. A very pleasant stay.

The air conditioning does not work well at all. I think the filters need replacing. We had it at the lowest but it hardly made a difference and it was VERY hot.

We stayed for 2 nights in one of the apartments. The room itself was ideal for our short stay on Venice. The staff from the actual hotel kept in touch & were helpful.

The noise from outside when trying to sleep through the windows even with shutters closed. The noise from people coming into the other apartments - the buzzer seems extremely loud on a night. New washing up sponge scourers for the kitchen should be replaced. Ours had clearly been used before.

Air-conditioned, very clean and spacious, well-equipped with everything you'd need. Great location 10 minutes walk from San Marco square and ferry stops on both south and north of Venice. 1 minute walk from large supermarket.

The 3rd bedroom is a little cramped and on a mezzanine level from the living room. Could do with bigger bins or a daily emptying of the waste and recycling bins.

The location was PERFECT! So close to everything, but quiet and tucked back so it didn’t feel busy. The apartment was spacious and clean, air con worked great! Great night sleep, comfy bed and the shutters left the bedroom cool and dark even in the summer. The staff were so friendly and even provided details of which transport to use to find it, I could store my bag during the travel days and they leant me an umbrella in the rain :)
