The location is near the station albeit its in a narrow alley but its better than pulling ur trolleys up the steep stairs of the bridges. It is also a quiet area so sleep was good. Everything was clean and neat.

No elevators so if u have huge and heavy luggages pls be aware that there are no lifts and none will help esp if u arrive after 2pm- otherwise I would have given a perfect score. Will come back but with lighter bags😅

The location was brilliant. Right near the train station and right in the heart of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely for the price. Staff were lovely and helpful. They even left us a tray in our room of breakfast food as we were checking out early the following day. Small touches like this mean a lot. Room was clean and fit for purpose. Interior much better than some of the others I saw on booking.com. I do recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The only negative I can give this hotel is that the air con wasn’t working. The room was very hot so we had to open the windows at night. That then invited the mosquitoes in and we were covered in bite marks.

Breakfasts were good - lots of offer, fresh and tasty. We really appreciated being able to leave our bags after check out on the last day, returning to collect later in the day. Staff were helpful and friendly Location was wonderful, quiet alley but close to all the buzz of shops and restaurants as well as transport.

I recommend getting an ice machine. Since no bar fridge in rooms, and no drinks available at the accomodation, there is no way to enjoy a cold drink in your room. Also a couple of wine glasses in the room would be nice.

Great location, in a quieter street just off a busy and bustling area near the pizzale Roma bus station and train station. Relaxing atmosphere in hotel which is clean and comfortable. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Sufficient breakfast offering a choice of fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cheese, cold meats and boiled eggs, cereal, milk, juice and coffee machine and toaster…. what more could anyone want! security card to let yourself in and out as reception unmanned after 2pm however able to contact someone if necessary. given a temporary pass to collect luggage for departure .

Nothing! however less mobile people may have a problem with the stairs as there is no lift.

The location was excellent. It was close to the S. Lucia station and the ferry station. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast very nice. The breakfast courtyard was lovely. The staff were excellent and the manager was very friendly and helpful.

I struggled with the stairs as we were on the third floor and there wasn’t a lift. We did have a hot water problem the first night but that improved the second night.

Very close to the train station but in a location that guarantee quite and silence during night time. Overall room was clean (despite of the presence of floor carpets). Very kind gift given for New Year’s Eve night. Breakfast included sweet and salty food.

Location was great, breakfast included which as nice. Space was decent. Saving grace was the cold water dispenser right outside our room!!

Shower is a lawsuit waiting to happen. So slippery, travel partner actually fell in the shower, scratched up leg on sliding doors from the fall. When telling staff they were nonchalant about it. AC didn’t work which sucked. They told us, not like they could help It.

extremely convenient, less than a minute’s walk from the train station. the remote check-in process was smooth even though we arrived close to midnight. breakfast spread was modest but filling. we stayed in one of the two rooms on the top floor and it had a nice skylight. there was sufficient space for luggages/bags.

building is probably old so there was no lift. we stayed on the top floor and had mid-size luggages so it was a chore to carry them up after a long day of travelling into the city. one of the lights in the bathroom was not working.

The bed was very comfortable. Everything I asked for ahead of time was waiting for me: a room on a lower floor (1 flight up is lowest), extra pillows, a pot for making tea. A great location, near train, bus, Vaperetto, action, but extremely quiet!

The shower was extremely small & the hot water could have been hotter. Even with that, I would stay here again.

The hotel is located in the best area of Venice and within walking distance from most sightseeing places, breakfast was wonderful and full of choices, everything was clean and the stuff was helpful and she even provided us with a map of the city and gave us some tips for places to visit. Also, nice christmas decorations and they provided us with a small champagne and two glasses for new year's eve!

We asked for double bed but it was two matresses combined in one.
