When getting out of the train station, the hotel was right on side, just a 2 minute walk. The room was normal, with two single beds, a desk and a bathroom. We were handed fans and there was always someone in the reception. The highlight was definitely the breakfast: so many options (coffee, juice, croissant, bread, yogurt, nutella, butter, jam, cookies) and the staff was amazing!

The showers were really weak and small, so it was a bit uncomfortable, plus it was a bit far from the city center, so we had to walk 30-40 minutes to go anywhere, but nothing crazy.

The location is very easy to find and get to. Friendly and helpful reception staff, had discount vouchers for specific parkings on the island.

Breakfast variety is low, no cold cuts or cheese or eggs but just a continental breakfast. Noisy district with bad sound insulation, might be bad if you can't sleep through occasional night noises. (Not a problem if you are a Balkan grown sleeping through wedding parties :). Bathroom very tight but bare in mind this is Venice, an extremely crowded little island that ended up as a tourist attraction, every square meter counts.

Everything! The location was perfect for us. My grandma has mobility issues so were close to one or two accessible bridges and the other ones were not that difficult to cross. Also we were close to the station. The hotel was clean, the bed were super confortable, the breakfast was filling. The staff was incredibly nice. From the breakfast ladies to Cristina who works in the front desk and helped me a lot throughout my stay. Also I want to give a shout out to the brunette woman who works during the weekends afternoons but I couldn’t catch her name.

We had a quick visit to Venice, and found this hotel to be perfect for our needs. It is a close walk to the train station with luggage (which was a huge bonus to us). The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They checked us in early and made special accommodations for our early departure time by having breakfast waiting for us in a to-go-bag at the desk. The hotel has staff available 24-hours at the front desk to help assist visitors as needed. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time - friendly, welcoming staff; a clean, quiet and comfortable room; tasty and filling breakfast (here we had our first pistachio-cream croissants and excellent double espressos). Fantastic location - it's only a 2-minutes walk, straight down the path from the Venetian train station and the main water-bus stops in front of it. The street the hotel is on is charming and offers everything you might need (there are not only various affordable souvenir shops, but also a supermarket, a mini-square, restaurants and even places with tasty and cheap ready-to-eat food). The 24-hour reception allowed us to leave our suitcases free of extra charges, then check in late in the evening, which meant we could spend the whole day out, exploring Venice. Great value for money!

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location, very convenient to train and bus station, with only one bridge to walk across with our luggage. lovely neighbourhood. The area was busy but the rooms were very quiet as soon as we closed the windows. It was a real bonus to have breakfast at the hotel as well.

The lift was broken when we arrived, but the reception staff helped with our bags, and it was fixed the next morning.

The location is perfect, near public transport and a walkable distance to the main sightseeing. The air conditioning works all the time and the room temperature was very well, especially when the temperature outside was above 30+.

The same breakfast every day: A croissant, a coffee, juice, a small yoghurt and some bread with butter and types of jams. I think it is a little bit expensive.

Close to the train and bus station, right next to the Grand Canal, restaurants and shopping close by on the same street. Staff were excellent, helping us find our way and providing a map of the city that they marked our way to our events. They even got me a kettle and tea service for my room for my early mornings. Breakfast was great and lots available. Elevator in the building to help move luggage up to rooms.

Older property without AC but everything else worked fine. Just had to open the window.

Great location close to the train station and restaurants. Staff were so lovely, from reception to the ladies at the breakfast service. Reception assisted to print some train tickets for us as well. Room had extra pillows and a fan

Nil issues. Some noise from the street at night but it's a tourist island - it's going to be noisy. Was still able to sleep easily.

The location was amazing. Easy walking distance from bus and train stations which made transporting our luggage easy. It was located on a busy street with shops and dining options. Despite this, our room was very quiet and we got a great nights sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent too. Breakfast was delicious. The chocolate croissants were exceptional. Staff were all very friendly and check in/check out procedures were swift.

The beds were a little hard. Not too much that it disrupted our night but a little softer would have been ideal.
