The apartment has got an unbeatable location in a very central yet quiet area in very busy Venice. Truly a gem.

The location was excellent for the main attractions, waterbus stops, and was very quiet at night. Lovely big rooms with high ceilings and well furnished. Had a fully equipped kitchen area, washing machine. Really nice apartment. Would have been a 10 from us had it not been for the sofa bed my son slept on for three nights. The host was outstanding - could not fault him…advised us on the local area and was extremely helpful and friendly. would definitely stay here again.

Paolo was exceptionally helpful. Not least staying on late to check us in. He also provided us with a complimentary chiled proseco, botted water and a couple of flavoured water bottles.

Something that seems a common issue across all norther Italy, they are limited in power consumption as they pay by the size of the breakers, rather than smart meters, it would seem! So whatever you do, don't use the aircon on to high while making a cup of tea!!! Or just be smart & do it the old-fashioned way and boil water on the gas hob.

Matteo one of the managers was great from the point of first booking, till we met on the day. Clear helpfull communication throughout.

Pillows too hard for us personally, but didnt effect our overall comfort or experience.

Our apartment was huge (75 m²) with 2 rooms and a nice balcony overlooking Campo Sant'Angelo. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could ask for. Some complimentary drinks were already in the fridge, even a very good Prosecco for free. Location is fantastic in the heart of San Marco district, very near to Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. Around 5 minutes walk to the next Vaporetto station, the Despar supermarket is just 200 metres away. Campo Sant'Angelo is a relatively quiet place and you can relax at the very good Ristorante Sant'Angelo. A superb service from our hosts Paolo and Matteo is guaranteed. Matteo helped us beforehand with the newly introduced entrance fee for the city of Venice. All in all one of the best places we have ever been. We would like to come back to this apartment. Highly recommended.

Large apartment in a former noble building with balconies across the large courtyard. A less busy location but very close to St Marcs Square & Rialto. I don't think the location for touring could have been better. Paolo the host/manager of the apartments could not have been more helpful and friendly including meeting us at the lical ferry terminal. We had a personal guided tour of the north of the Central canal including the Jewish quarter back to Rialto. This was far more relaxed with less tourists and some cultural knowledge from our Venetion guide.

No surprise but the top tourist locations were so busy at peak times it was almost gridlocked!

Excellent location. The rooms itself are very spacious and clean with high ceilings. Management was readily available which was very helpful. Thank you for assisting with our water taxi bookings and taking the time to walk through and explain how everything works in the unit. The Unit door lock with code is very handy. Thank you for the bottle of Prosecco and water in the fridge - these details that are very much appreciated. Thank you for everything Matteo and Paolo.

We enjoyed everything and we would stay here again and recommend it to families. The only thing is the main building door keypad is not so easy to press down on the buttons. Sometimes it would take a couple of tries.

Beautiful flat in a lovely and incredibly well located hotel. The flat had stunning views of the piazza it overlooks. It has excellent amenities and was very clean. We were greeted by Matteo at the train station who had organised water taxi for us and helped us to the apartment for check in. We were on our honeymoon and given a lovely gift (thank you!) The restaurant below the hotel was excellent. We really enjoyed being in the centre of San Marco as soon as we stepped out of the flat! Venice is very busy in the summer and we enjoyed being able to get occasional respite and aircon in the flat in between our activities!

A very spacious, secure, clean, well-equipped and quiet apartment with an ideal central location by a surprisingly quiet square, close to St. Mark's Square and to a water bus stop for other parts of Venice and the airport. We originally wanted the apartment with the balcony and that wasn't available, but we were very happy with this apartment and its tranquil garden views. We were very well looked after by Matteo who was very helpful with any questions, and checking in and out was very easy - also there is a secure room for leaving your bags after you check out. Very highly recommended!

Everything! We travelled to Italy many times and stayed in various apartments in Venezia, Roma, Firenze etc. but this accommodation is the best one. First of all you can find good working nespresso, dish water and washing machine. Then, bath robes, slippers, basic kitchen stuff (salt. sugar), nice cooking facilities (even grill surface and oven). Location is perfect - 10 minutes to San Marco, Academy, Rialto. Very friendly staff. High ceiling (4 or 5 metres), absolutely quiet at night. We strongly recommend these apartments for stay in the heart of Venice.
