Breakfast was good, very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and it was very roomy.

Loved the shower, but didn’t like that it was level with the bathroom floor, it caused a lot of water in the floor, it needed just a slight lip. Also, the lighting in the room was slightly dim, and the curtains didn’t cover a bottom slip of the window.

We have traveled for over 16 years, and have NEVER stayed at a hotel where the staff was all so nice !!!! Very friendly, very helpful. It was really appreciated. Smiles everywhere, and The one person even helped me find a diet coke.

Something that could not be helped by the staff, the people staying above us, we were in room 202, I would swear was a marching band. It was constant noise, so the next time we stay I'll be requesting the fourth floor. There were teenagers playing out in the parking lot at all hours as well . This hotel is not in a good area, but there are tall fences, and security so at no time did I feel unsafe. Small thing, but please put diet drinks in your drink machines :)

Every staff member I encountered was totally customer focused. We arrived on the day hotel manager, Leon, had a Christmas party for the staff. His decorations honored each employee in ways too numerous to go into here. Its no wonder the hotel was so clean and well cared for when the employees take pride in working there. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was simple but good

I left my expensive battery phone and tablet charger in the room and when I called back to ask about it, I was told nothing was found 😞, so with that being said, always double check to make sure you have all your items,

All the staff were friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean.

Carpet in hotel rooms always seems to be dirty. The carpet made my socks very dirty on the bottom from walking around in the room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Beds were comfy and soft. The pillows were amazing. My stay was relaxing.

The fire alarm went off at 8 am waking us from our slumber. When we called down stairs to ask about it they just said to ignore it. There was a lot of activity outside but that could also be due to the thanksgiving weekend. It was nothing wild though. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or anything.

Atmosphere and local hospitality . Full size shampoos conditioner and lotion mounted on the bathroom , terrific idea , less waste , less hassle .

Lemon water did not taste pleasant nor did any vending machines offer sugar free selection . Adding ice to lemon water and at least one choice of sugar free beverage to one of the many available machines would raise my survey results to great and change dislike to like across the board.

The hotel seemed to be new or newly renovated. Breakfast was exceptional with fluffy scrambled eggs and waffles, as well as the usual cold foods. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The location was near the interstate and close to downtown.

The AC was on a program that we couldn't figure out. It was set at 72 in the daytime and 62 at night. Too cold for us. If we had been staying for more than one night, we would have asked how to control it.

The hotel was much better than expected for the price. The staff was surprisingly very nice and welcoming. The breakfast had plenty of options, the bed was super cozy!

I was in town visiting a museum downtown and this hotel came up as a close location. It’s not in a desirable location and there are homeless people in the area. The hotel property itself, however, is the only nice property in that vicinity. (Right across from the crossplex)

I had a situation the first night I arrived, and the ladies at the front desk, and immediately move me to another room and offer me credit with no hesitation. I really enjoyed the customer service.

The situation I didn’t like at the hotel was greatly accommodated by other means & by the staff so at this time I do not have anything bad to say about the hotel.
