The swimming pools were open. The swimming pools wasn't crowded or too loud. The swimming pools are clean with cleaning water.

They used to have this really nice bar and diner. I would sit and have a bunch of different items in one setting. I could get a heaping bowl of Catfish nuggets or Biscuits and Gravy. The food was delicious. This visit I found they completely took out the restaurant. The restaurant was fire good food. Maybe one day they will rebuild it and bring it back. Until then I just have to say although this is a didn't like comment: it's because I dislike not having it there, but I would still stay at the hotel without it.

At first glance I was skeptical browsing through the deals on Booking sites and yada joes bla bla bla… and Solutions simple: EZ8. Directly next to the industry’s biggest new light rail literally walking distance!! Awesome taco shops antique malls I think I even seen a mime over there at the 7/11 was awesome . The pool seriously bbq actual vending machines.. and semi parking// this is designed for Americans and pass though.. the kinda place that reminds you to keep your head straight and mind your business!! If I owned a motel the only other thing I’d have would be a 24/7 bacon egg sandwich shop three items ! Bacon / egg / sandwich combos 247 thanks

You know it took me along time to find something but if I had to complain it would be those people who forget the airport is nonstop // hence the name which also is smart…

The cleanliness is excellent. The rooms may not be the Ritz-Carlton, but the rooms are certain as clean. No bugs. They are slowly upgrading and modifying the rooms. Add the value to the cleanliness, and you easily have the best cheap motel/hotel (I don't know the difference between the two) in the greater Phoenix area. Just be courteous and mind your manners, and the staff leaves you to yourself. Act up and be a dick, and the staff will definitely refund your money and put you out immediately. This staff does not play. Just behave like you were taught as a kid, and you'll have no problem.

TVs are mostly small, old tube tvs. Some rooms do have mounted flat screens. Some rooms do not have fridges, but most do.

I wasn't disappointed by our stay, rooms are always clean and we're always welcomed back. The manager, staff, and security make sure the place is safe for everyone and keeps rules in place so that there aren't druggies or people that do bad stuff. They also accept pets, we have cats and we walk them every evening, no one bothers us. Their location is definitely close to downtown and McDonald's and Taco Bell are within walking distance and recently 7/11 opened up next door which great for me because I don't have a vehicle to go drive far for things I or my family needs. Any issues we have are always immediately acknowledged and taken care of, which is why we always stay here.

I could give you a list of hotels/motels not to go to when visiting Phoenix. Fortunately, this is not one of them. Honest, upfront pricing. The staff is great; the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The thing I really like about the motel is that it's in walking distance of several stores and restaurants. It's also not too far from Phoenix's sports arenas. Plenty of free parking for guests. Outstanding value for money.

Our stay at the EZ8 happened at the end of a road trip through the American Southwest. We needed a spot near the airport to grab an early flight. I made a mistake with my booking and accidentally ordered a smoking room, which I didn't want. Thankfully, we received some excellent service from the guy working that night. His name is Kenny if I recall, and he went above and beyond to help me stay. He told me that unfortunately there were no more non-smoking rooms. This would have been extra bad news as my purchase was non-refundable. After a few minutes of waiting in our car in the rain, Kenny ran out, knocked on our window, and told me he found a room that had just been cancelled. He did this in the pouring rain, guiding us to the perfect room we needed. Especially after a long day of driving. He went above and beyond, allowing my friend and I to sleep well and spend our final hours of our trip. He didn't need to do any of it, but he did. The place also has a nice courtyard, a hot tub and seems like a good place for kids to play while their parents enjoy a beverage and good company on the lawn chairs or balcony. Thanks EZ8. You turned a rough situation into a good one. Thank you kindly.

The room was clean, you provided clean towels and travel size soap, shampoo and conditioner for me to use. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is quiet, I actually slept through out the night without being rudely interrupted by loud neighbors or loud noises. I would book with EZ-8 motel again in the future.

That the rooms didn't have microwaves or fridgerators. But you provided some for use in the laundry room. Internet wasn't free, I had to pay for an hour use and that wasn't enough time for me to enjoy my online searches and browsing.

The Security on property, the staff frown on unfavorable people bothering their guest. I like the fact that it is a good o fashion motel/hotel. Not cookie cutter anal! Its location is across from McDonald's and 7-11.

The pool bottom need to be bleach, it makes the pool look dingy although its shocked and clean. Some rooms need to be upgraded, laundry room needs to be upgraded and although the appliances work well! The top floor walkway carpet needs to be re-done. The price is great!!!

I like the fact it's within walking distance of several stores and restaurants and public transportation as well. No need to worry if you're driving, the motel has lots of free parking. It features an outdoor barbecue area and pool. It's family and pet friendly. The staff is wonderful. The beds are comfortable. When it comes to reasonably priced motels/hotels this is one of the best.

I like the location, the staff is friendly and always available to help with anything you may need. Everything works in the rooms and is clean, they have vending machines as well as washers/dryers and 7/11 & McDonald's are literally 10 feet away plus the freeway is just right there too.They are also pet friendly,

No complaints during our stay, the airport is nearby and planes fly over constantly but it's not that loud when you're in your room and you get used to hearing them.
