Excellent! Quality, space, and freshness.

Lobby floors and hallways looked dirty - perhaps the style of tile chosen was made to look dirty (?) - otherwise the tile needed a cleaning and perhaps waxing - they did not look "Hilton" like...I would say that for such a new facility there needs to be a closer inspection of the quality of entry way trims, glass/entry imperfections, cement splatter, etc. the normal stuff that usually gets cleaned up with a eye toward perfection in the whole property! Blame the pandemic and the inability to get staff that specialize in this! Our room however was great!

Breakfast and coffee was great. Nice touch to have coffee available all day. We appreciated the gym and used it every day

While on the floor doing yoga in the gym I could clearly see dust and a cellophane wrapper under a weights rack that was there all week. The smoke alarm in our room blinked bright lights now and then during the night and would wake me up as I like a very dark room.

Breakfast was great. There was a variety of choices. I would say there was something for everyone. Breakfast room was quite large, lots of seating.staff very friendly.

Every thing was quite pleasant. We had no complaints. Room was spacious. We were frustrated with the fact there was no guide on TV remote. Spent a lot of time looking for channels.

Shower was cold and had mixup was suppose to have balcony and reconfirmed several times and still got a room with no balcony. Had to move rooms then room they gave me was occupied so then should have been downgraded in cost to just two double beds with balcony and I still have to call to make sure it is done.

It was clean and nicely appointed

The staff stated that the room was not available when trying to check in at 4:30 pm. It was not available until 6 pm. This was inconvenient as we had travelled to get there and needed to rest.

central location great to walk areas nearby good parking around hotel

rooms were a bit loud for a newer hotel need more soundproofing , pool area has people up late into night gathered under room windows .. one can hear

Room was good size , bathroom well equipped Facilities good heated outside pool with plenty sitting and lounging area with large fire pit and indoor gym .

Bar area could be stocked with more variety of drinks and snacks .

Everything, heated pool, super clean, walking distance to good restaurants,very good breakfast, staff was very helpful, the most organized motel I’ve ever stayed at.

We are so thankful to have a place to stay in cavs creek the location is amazing!!

The floors need to be mopped!! It looks like they have not been mopped in a very long time!

Great location, great pool and hot tub. Walk to all the shops and galleries and also several restaurants. Breakfast good. Quiet. A super nice hotel; a bargain.
