The location is great in Waikiki. It is 5 min away from the beach. There is a big kitchen that I didn’t get to use much. It is a great apartment if you are staying for more than 3 days. The staff is friendly and they provide free towels for the beach.

The air conditioner could have been better and quieter.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The staff is incredible. Everyone is always happy, respectful, helpful and welcoming. I liked having the coffee available as well as unlimited access to Beach supplies like towels and floats. The towels and linens were very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was not very clean. The floor was dirty and the counter had spots that were easily removed with a wet towel. I would like to add though that they did accommodate us for an early check in which may have been the reason the room was not fully cleaned. There was a full kitchen yet no table or chairs provided for the bar. Also... there are tiny little ants in the kitchen. They don't bother the food or anything... I think they are looking for water. But they can be annoying.

Need new knives. I did clean A/C filters by myself. Security entrance was wide open, easy to enter.

Convenient and quiet. Walking distance to beach and stores.

Was under the idea that we are getting towels sheets changed every day

Location was exactly what we liked the most. Bed was super comfortable.

Needed towels. Kitchen towel for example.The washing machine and dryer were super dirty so we went to a laundry mat instead. The showerhead needed maintenance due to over mineralization, and we did that ourselves. Needs a collinder in the kitchen.

I loved the location and the full kitchen and each room has its own water heater.

It was so hot I had to bring in a fan. The ac is in the kitchen and the fan was above the couch and there was no circulation by the bed at all.
