Location was excellent, short walk to decent sized shopping complex with lots of food options. Breakfast had lots of options and was well worth getting. In room TV had casting option which was great as well.

I drink black tea and there was no black tea available for several days due to a delivery problem, I had to go to Safeway and buy my own which I thought was a bit rough considering the amount of money paid to stay there. My booking included breakfast which we needed to have them look into as initially we were told it wasn’t included. At checkout we were charged TAX on the breakfast which was an unexpected charge. Bookings.com advertised breakfast as included with no mention of taxes to be paid on that so perhaps this needs to be looked at.

Excellent location and super friendly staff. We were upgraded to the remodeled rooms, free of charge. Very nice surprise.

$30 breakfast buffet was so lame, it was embarrassing. You paid and tipped prior to being seated, just to find out, even the coffee was self serve. No omelet bar or anything catering to your personal wants. Since everything was self serve, what am I tipping for.

Liked the close proximity to the beach. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

Breakfast buffet was $30 per person but not at all what we expected for a continental breakfast. The rest of the breakfast days we went to a near by cafe for cheaper and was delicious.

Everything was amazing! The hotel recepcionist was very kind, the rooms are very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the front beach is AMAZING and there is a Small Mall near with some greats restaurants options.

It’s important to know that if you book a Partial Ocean View room, it means your room will be on the 1st to 3rd floors. An Ocean View room is located on the 3rd to 6th floors. I recommend requesting a view of the garden and pool, as this will give you a stunning view of the garden, ocean, and beach all at once. The staff at the lobby is outstanding—they are incredibly accommodating and go above and beyond to ensure your room and balcony views are as pleasant as possible. For those staying in Ocean View Front rooms, I believe there won’t be any issues with the view at all! In conclusion, excellent service, a fantastic hotel, breathtaking views, great prices, and spotless housekeeping. Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable!

The property was small and not overcrowded. It was close to the Whaler Village shopping center.

What I disliked about the property was that they were not transparent about their heir charging fees at check in. On the day of check in I was told that all my fees were covered and that I had paid everything before hand. However they did specified I had to have a credit card as a deposit hold on file just in case we did any damage or incurred any extra charges which we did not and was charged $194.65 for I don’t know what after we had already arrived back to our home base state.

The location of the hotel is great. There is a big plaza 50 meter away which includes restaurants, shops and a market. The Restaurant of the hotel is also very good, it has a very nice atmosphere with live music. The hotel is very nice. The area is huge and very peaceful. Very comfortable and quiet hotel. Beach access is very convenient.

The pool should be cleaned more often. The breakfast can have more variety.

Wonderful location. Very close to shops and grocery stores. The beach is beautiful and has plenty of room for all. Saw turtles right off the beach! The staff was so friendly and welcoming!

The only thing I could say is that you have to rent everything. They have so many beach chairs in the grass on the property, but charge 25 bucks a day for them on the beach per chair.

The cultural activity staff were phenomenal, particularly, Aunty. They truly want to share Hawaiian history and culture with the guests. Very family friendly resort. Felt like a nice quiet haven among the busy tourist stretch. Having self parking was so helpful and reasonably priced. The amenities were also great-pool, grassed areas well kept, free reef-safe sunscreen. Quiet beach and short walk to shops if needed. It was our best holiday destination yet. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel will charge you USD 85 for two foldable chairs and an umbrella for the beach - however the chairs by the pool are for free. Do not pay for those chairs.
