The location, staff was friendly and helpful, the room was nice and big, the pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was okay. They were quick to clear the snow from the parking lot. Overall it was a nice hotel and I would definitely stay again. I did list a few minor things I noticed while there below.

We had no maid service while there to get more trash bags and clean towels. I had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask for a trash bag for our trash and chase down the maids our last day there (we were there 4 nights) to get towels and toiletries and to get the trash picked up as there are no trash cans to dispose of our trash ourselves. Also, for some reason I was charged an additional $20 (approximately) when checking in and the receptionist couldn't explain why. Also, the pull-out bed and sectional were dirty and stained. And there was a spill stain, a large red one in between the queen beds near the night stand.

My fiancé and I stayed here over the weekend to go to Six Flags. First night we stayed, our room smelled like cigarette smoke so the front desk staff offered to change our room without any problems. Staff was very nice and reasonable. There was a lot of options for breakfast!

Not too much to complain about other than the smell of cigarette smoke that first night, but staff was able to change our room.

Spacious rooms, comfy beds and pillows, the staff was great and always brought extra towels we stayed for @ days.

I think the pool / spa area needs some deep cleaning.. it didn’t look super clean. And there were 2 large black ants in our room when we checked in.

Generally accommodating staff. Gym, hot tub and laundry room. Spacious room. Driving range across the street. Mexican restaurant, pharmacy and gas stations kitty corner. Large grocery and dollar store under a half hour walk (much of it through a parkway and residential neighborhood) away.

Not sure if it is a regular thing for the one washer and dryer to be occupied by a woman with a van load of clothes for eight hours straight. Why do other guests slam their doors so much? Why so oblivious and inconsiderate of your neighbors?

The size and layout of the King suite with spa tub was designed well. The continental breakfast was delicious! They had perfect bacon and strawberry waffles! Also, there were plenty of towels for the tub as well as the shower.

The bed was a bit worn out and squeaky. There wasn't any salt at breakfast & no toppings for the scrambled eggs.

Their driveway is kind of tricky to get in and out of you have to go up to the hospital turn around and to get back into their driveway from One direction

Loved the pancake machine. Location was close to good restaurants. Facility was clean staff was pleasant

Did not have access from main highway. Had to make a U turn to access the site.

It was in a good location and close to everything we wanted to do on our vacation. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean.

The first day we got there we tried the hot tub and it was not hot at all, but the maintenance man got it fixed right away.

Cleaniness, room size, bed comfort, breakfast, little interaction with staff but they seem really friendly. Hell even the tv is bigger than any other hotel ive stayed in. Wife and I plan on using this hotel everytime we visit the area

Everything was great. Best hotel experience I've had in awhile. Even compared to 4 star hotels

The location was perfect! We were in town for Navy Bootcamp Graduation. We arrived earlier than expected and we were able to check right in. We had drove from upstate NY so we were very appreciative that we were allowed to check in early. Plenty of places around to eat. It was a great experience for our short trip!
