We traveled with a large dog and were pleased to find a very roomy room that was comfortable for us as well as our dog. Outside there is even a pet area so the facility definitely is pet friendly.

I would suggest management put up a fence around the designated pet area so we didn't have to keep him on a leach. And then I would recommend that they advertise more about how pet friendly they are. For sure other pet travelers would chose their place first. When traveling, we always have a problem finding a room that is comfortable with our pet, but this place was great.

access card not working 5 times during the stay, each time you have to go back to the reception, wait the line and repeatedly explain everything again and again retention of the security deposit for 10 days after our departure noisy fan of the air-condition could not be switched off you book for 5 people but you have to sign, that you are no more than four

My son and I spent Christmas Eve here after the troubles with Southwest Air flight cancellations. We arrived at midnight after a long day and check in was easy. All we wanted were two beds to sleep in. It seemed to be in a somewhat remote part of town (don't really recall) but it was very quiet and my son was able to walk to a 24 hour fast food place to get some much needed food.

Retention of a $75 security deposit for three weeks

The proximity to the Strip is within walking distance. The room was spacious and the staff responded to our request for additional towels and coffee pods. The gym was excellent, convenient and definitely worth using whilst staying. Too cold to swim in any of the 3 pools but would love to come back to test them. Car parking was great.

A soft bed topper is required for the pull-out couch bed. The television position and size could be improved, to enable viewing from either the couches or the beds, as required.

Location of hotel was great; really close to Vegas strip. Staff was friendly and accommodating when my friends and I needed extra towels etc. We all had a very comfortable stay for three nights while we were there. Price was affordable.

There’s not really anything I can say about the stay that we all didn’t like. Checking in was a breeze, no hassle. Room was clean and tidy. We had a nice open view of the pool. The on-site food from the bar and grill was very good. Prices were doable. Overall we would come back to stay.

Apartment was comfortable, yet it lacked utensils and chairs for 4 persons - but we were aware of that from other opinions, and it wasn't that bad, especially if you're spending most of the time outside the hotel. Location is very convenient, it's a walking distance or short ride from the Strip, yet not close enough to be noisy. We booked in advance and got really good deal, overall experience was very good and I'd recommend staying there.

My card was charged multiple times without a reason, despite of reception staff assurance it won't. The staff was very helpful, and it got solved fast yet whole experience was bit stressfull.

It was nice, clean, huge property. The staff was super friendly. Has 3 pools which I like. Free parking with no need for a parking pass which was great cuz we had 3 cars.

Furniture in the room was half updated and half worn. The sofa bed mattress is probably as old as me and the desk chair was worn out but other than that I could deal. Also, the cafe was a wee over priced. A small cup of coffee was $5. That’s wild lol

Too many, too severe, speed bumps. West driveway gated for no reason, forcing us to go over triple the number of speed bumps (or go against one-way in lot). Single-ply toilet paper, seriously?

I've stayed at this hotel twice. It has very convenient location, attractive price and good facilities. Just 20-30 minutes' walk (less than 10 min if you drive) to visit Sphere, MGM, Wynn and the center of Las Vegas. There are three pools onsite. You just can't find another hotel with the same level of convenience, price and failities.

The hotel is located near the airport so it can be a bit noisy. But during nighttime there wasn't much flight and I had good sleeps. Also, the hotel furnishing is a bit old and simple, won't be able to compare with the luxury hotels.

I loved the size of the room and the spa bath! Location was exceptional also.

The customer service is slow and not so helpful. My roommate was going to show up earlier than myself so her name needed to be on the booking. Customer service didn’t respond until it was too late, and when I called to add it - the lady on the phone just told me I had to come to reservations desk to add her. It took me asking if she could add her name to the reservation over the phone before she even realised it was an option.
