The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was very clean. It was convenient to a lot of locations we wanted to visit. They offered a free breakfast & coffee.

The air conditioner took a while to cool off the room. Once the room did cool off, the air conditioner made a strange bird chirping noise until the air conditioner fully turned off.

Great hotel. Good price. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

Pool was closed for renovations a nd no mention of it when booking. Also the hotel takes a $100 deposit and not mentioned on website. Either cash which is returned on checkout or card which can take a while to refund. It should tell you this on booking.

Breakfast was good, had some ok choices, could have offered some protiens, but it served our purposes. Coffee was fresh around the clock the bed was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping excellent.

More outlets in the room for charging electronics, other than that it was great.

Front desk lady at check in was very sweet, breakfast attendant was also very nice. Pool was really clean.

Not a huge breakfast assortment, but that didn't bother me as much as other people. Outside door/key entry didn't work very well but we just went back in through the front.

The staff was especially friendly and helpful. The property is a little dated but everything was very clean and there were no problems with the room. The shower was updated. It was a good location to stay close to Charlotte.

The bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was polite. Location convenient to town and highway. Coffee was great. Price was decent for this location.

There was an odor throughout that I got room spray to try to eliminate. Cleanliness of the hallways and carpeted area could be much better. Breakfast was limited to pastry and cereal, no protein.

Coffee pot was broke but they replaced it. The TV remote didn’t work on or off . You had to do it manually. Not a big deal

Staff acted as if they were inconvenienced to help you after check in… 11 days since my stay & still haven’t gotten my security incidentals deposit returned
