Very good hot breakfast

Employee at front desk gave us a hard time about having a service dog. Service dogs are allowed AT ALL hotels and motels as long as they provide a service and they are very well behaved. Our dog is hypoallergenic. Does not shed. Does not bark. Very calm and very very very well behaved.

The staff was very friendly. The room was old and worn, but clean. Everything worked in the room. The facility as a whole was worn and outdated. The continental breakfast was limited, no fruit or yogurt but eggs and sausage were good.

The room smelled like cat urine very bad n the restroom in the hotel that everyone uses was pretty gross I wouldn't even use the bathroom

I like the professionalism in the communication I like the way that whenever I ask you something as far as towels or rags they will make sure that I got it I've been here several times and I have no complaints

Everything is perfect from check-in to cleanliness to polite staff to the breakfast. Been here twice and wish I was in the area more so I could frequent this hotel.

Having to leave.

My wife and I absolutely love Quality Inn ON ALEXIS! Very very clean rooms. The staff and housekeeping were very respectful and helpful. We usually get a hotel anywhere from 2/3 times a month just to get away. We absolutely will make Quality Inn our #1 go to hotel.

There really wasn't anything that we found disturbing.

The down filled pillows had my allergy in over drive Should at least have an option to have pillows that aren't down filled.

The staff and the way that they communicated with me the professionalism whenever I had an issue it was addressed.

There was nothing that I didn't like

Large, comfortable room. Staff was friendly and truly seemed to want to help. They have luggage carts, a rarity in this type of lodging, which was a big help in getting all my stuff into the room.

Not really a great value considering what I was charged. it was Saturday night, so perhaps it’s different during the week.
