A parking lot was a big plus for me, it shares a parking lot with a few food places which I loved, and there was a target almost right next door in case I needed to pick something up quick! The staff was also very kind and the room looked nice and clean, the only minus was if you needed water you need to buy a bottle, but there's actually a water refill at the target next door so we did that before we went on our day trips 😊

The only thing I didn't like was if you wanted water you needed to buy a bottle, but the target next door has a refill station so it worked out fine!

Very comfortable bed - the staff was very friendly - Nate deserves a huge thank you for reaching out and being helpful - we had an "issue" with our toilet and before we knew it it was fixed and for that we were very grateful. The cleaning staff on our floor were so nice - always smiling.

There was in our opinion nothing more that you could do to make our stay anymore comfortable that we were. Keep up the good work.

I love everything about to hotel. The rooms were amazing. Does staff Was own point, they were perfect. The cleaning crew amazing the front desk staff. Amazing, the breakfast crew absolutely wonderful. I love this hotel.

I can't say that there was anything that I did not like. I loved everything about this hotel.

I enjoyed the overall cleanliness of the room and property. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The room was just the right size and you could use a number of devices at once.

Therre was a little damage on the wallpaper in the room I stayed in. The room was a bit chilly, and the thermostat was not easy to work with. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

The fridge in our room didn't work. I had to sit my drinks on AC unit. I was expecting a free continental breakfast with stay but it was 16/person which is pricey for a family and you had to eat in restaurant, not able to bring to room. We went to Dunkin Donuts down the road. on the AC unit to keep cold.

I was charged for parking after only being told I was getting a tag for my car , a car that didn’t Even stay in the parking lot , then when I received my final bill it was a different price than what was on my receipt when I checked out , I was double charged . Only after I called in twice was I issued a credit back to my card , with no explanation as to why I was double charged unbeknownst to be .

It was very clean, the staff was very friendly. Floyd took care of us when we first checked in he was very polite and very helpful give this man a raise.

Maybe the price but it’s a nicer hotel so it’s understandable.

Booking.com states parking is free, but there was a $12 parking fee at the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel IN Philadelphia, this is not it. Not walkable to anything.

i booked on booking.comt, it did not stste that there was a fee for parking of 15 dollars a day

Beds and pillows were great. Location is great.

The price thought it was a little too high and was charged different price that what I had booked for. Not sure why
