The room was incredible. The windows were huge overlooking a great view, and there was a full kitchen in the unit and a washer and dryer. It would be amazing for a long term stay, but I was only there for a couple days. People at the front desk were really friendly and welcoming even though they're technically not connected to SoSuite.

The location is a little out of the main hub but everything felt mostly walkable. Note: there are no elevators to the very top floor, you have to take the stairs from the floor below. A heads up if you have heavy bags or a wheelchair, it isn't accessible.

I liked the size of the apartment and the price. The front desk staff was very kind. The apartment appeared to be well cleaned. I liked that there were 2 bathrooms and also and washer and dryer.

I don't like how they separate the cleaning fee from the cost. It should all be included. The beds were also not very comfortable. Parking should also be included. $20 per day is not a "discount". They should use a couch cover since the couch itself seemed to be stained.

We liked the size of the unit (two bedrooms), the availability of secure parking at a reasonable cost, the location (central to our planned activities), the frequent communications from Sosuite, and that the unit was clean and comfortable for a weekend stay.

While we felt secure in the unit we had three security codes/procedures to follow to get in and out of the unit. The area from the parking lot to the building was full of construction items and furniture. The workout room also appeared to be unfinished. Work in progress I guess. Within the unit we would have liked to have some ice trays. (Didn't prefer the Keurig coffee but personal preference...). Unit/kitchen was minimally equipped.

Great room, nice and clean, building was great, parking services good. Didn't try the stove top, but micro, fridge, and Keurig were all fine. Bed was okay. We've slept on far worse, that's for sure.

Water pressure was nonexistent. As in, had a hard time getting the diverter to work to take a shower. We've stayed in third world countries with better water pressure. Wash your hair in the sink.

The rooms were spacious, with high ceilings. Beds were very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer available was a real plus. Kitchen was well equipped, although we spent little time there. AC was great. Bathroom was fine, but should have had hooks available for towels, since there was plenty of empty space for them on the walls. Finally,the bar/restaurant located in the building was terrific—and convenient!

Location was not far from central Philadelphia and other areas, but a car seemed necessary. Neighborhood wasn’t well suited for walking around. Front desk was generally staffed, but not very welcoming or helpful.

The first room we were assigned was not great as the A/C was wholly inadequate and did not keep the apartment cool at all, and the curtains in the bedrooms did almost nothing to keep out the light. However, we upgraded to a different apartment for the remainder of our stay and it was fabulous! Clean, quiet, well-stocked kitchen, room-darkening curtains, and nicely furnished. We appreciated tremendously the on-site parking, the in-room washer/dryer and that it was pet-friendly. The communication with the rental team was excellent. We would definitely stay there again. The restaurant next door was convenient. The front-desk staff were very nice. The location is within a 20-30 minute walking distance to downtown attractions.

The neighborhood was a bit on the sketchy-side at all times of day but especially at night. We went shopping for breakfast provisions the evening of our first night, and the nearby mini-markets were the kinds of places where all of the items for sale are behind plastic floor-to-ceiling walls and you pay the shopkeeper through a slot. There were lots of folks loitering on the street. I would not venture outside at night if I were a single female. To get to a larger grocery store would require a vehicle.

The apartments were very clean, the location was very convenient for our needs, the staff's quick response to our requests, their communication and confirmation with us through messages that we got everything we requested. Also the heat option while there were couple of very cold days and rain. Parking with a gate and code on the premises.

No hooks on the wall or something else to put clothes or towels etc during the shower, no garbage cans in the rooms. We purchased 2 apartments and requested to be near each other, eventually we were on the same floor but far away from each other.

The neighborhood is changing. There were some very nice restaurants (breakfast, mexican, ...), but also some vacant lots and other abandoned buildings. It still felt safe at night! We kept on the main roads thought. It was also a little difficult to get the wifi password since we had no cell service in the US to receive the information. There was someone at the lobby 24/7 which was great and he was able to help us.

Simply breathtaking with a great price! You won’t regret your stay here! The views are gorgeous, it’s low key and everything you need is within minutes walking distance! The kitchen is pretty equipped!

The only downside was my kitchenette didn’t come with an oven but that’s probably because I chose a room with a kitchenette not a FULL kitchen and the real downfall was using their shampoo and conditioner! Super drying! It was a waste, I feel like they could afford a more decent shampoo and conditioner since I really needed it at the time.. so bring your own! Besides that, you’ll love it here and you won’t wanna leave!

Apartment size and layout was great. Big windows let in lots of natural light. Comfy beds. Garage available for $20/day. Good restaurant downstairs.

2 BR, 2 BA apt only had lives eat to sir on. We had to bring desk chair from bedroom for 3rd person to be able to sit. Dirt kept appearing on coffee table. All we could figure out was it was falling from the ceiling or from the AC vents. No big deal to wipe off, but strange. Also apt was described in listing as penthouse apt and it was on the 2nd floor out of 6. Views were of buildings next door, not city.
