The location is amazing, You are right in the center of town. The hotel is surprisingly nice, from the outside it looks like a typical apartment building, but the decor is very modern and clean. Our room was on the 2nd floor, again very nice looking, spacious and the bed was huge and super comfy. The staff are friendly and helpful. We did not get our room cleaned one day and when I went down to ask for some clean towels, we got offered a free drink and towels were bought to our room. There is a nice balcony to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Air conditioning. The room gets very warm during the night , even with the window open it becomes stuffy very quickly.

I was surprised by how fancy the room looked. The furnishings were really nice. The workspace was also very comfortable. The hotel is located super close to the main train station so it was really easy simply walk there. There are also quite a few eateries nearby.

The bed unfortunately was too soft for me. Perhaps a bit costly for a one night stay but still good for a last minute booking.

location perfect, right in the city centre and 5 min walk to the train station. Looks fairly newly done, everything in my room was nice, comfy bed, bathroom was exceptional and nice big shower, nicely tiled and clean. Staff were very friendly. Very little to fault here.

Only things that would have made the room better would be a fridge and a kettle etc. My room had neither. No bottled water either. Also no ironing boards or iron, which is annoying but they’re not the only hotel to skimp on that. Should be an essential in my opinion but hotel owners don’t seem to agree.

Rooms are small and walls are dirty somewhere and there is dust under the bed, no fridge or minibar, no phone also it’s not possible to reach the reception if you need anything, cheap shower gel/schamponier, no glasses or caps in the room

The hotel has a great location, in the very center of the city. Lots of restaurants nearby, as well as shops. Near the subway stop, from which you can reach anywhere in Dortmund you need within 15 minutes. Receptionist very nice.

The breakfast was a little weaker, but everyone will definitely choose something.

The location was excellent near to the train station and shops.

would have been better if there was tea/coffee facilities in the room nearly all hotels provide this small gesture.

The staff was extremely friendly. They helped us get our car out of the garage, as it turned out to be closed on sunday (warning if you park your car at Do Park Westentor!!). Very nicely decorated and clean, excellent location!

If the room would have had coffee facilities I would score a ten! Backwerk backery is around the corner though and opens early.

the area during the evening is quite empty, felt a bit unsafe. However, it’s just 5 minutes from the station.

The hotel has a great location on Kampstr. right in the heart of the city. The bathroom was really nice- great size and in excellent decoration and order.

I had to ask for towels and there were no glasses available to have a drink.

Perfect location. Close to the shopping area and the Football Museum. We had a one night stay but it fulfilled the purpose.

The walls here and there need a re-painting or a thorough wash.
