Great location & view from our room with balcony.Nice size room with 2 queen beds.Good breakfast buffet which we paid a little extra from Booking.com in package. Good warm chocolate chip walnut cookies hotel gives you at check-in. Pathway to Falls very close to hotel parking lot. Front desk staff very nice & helpful. Nice pool & hot tub.

The hotel was a little older & did need a little updating.Hotel charges $15/day for parking.Balcony could have been cleaned up a little.

We had room 437 the balcony room, with amazing river view. Within a 10 to 20 minute walk right out the back door you can get to all things. The American Falls, Goat Island, Observation Tower, Rainbow Bridge. The staff was excellent, from the front desk, cleaning staff and restaurant. We especially loved Alanna Collura our waitress for breakfast and lunch, she was so sweet and right on top of things. The free hot chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies any time of day was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again if we ever come up that way again. This was a 60th birthday present and 20 year anniversary combined trip. Bucket list. Zipline over Niagara, Success ❤️

Beds are a little hard, but not to the point of not getting sleep.

The room was comfortable with plenty of room. Everything in the hotel was clean and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed it's location to the falls and the area was nice. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good and was large servings. We could have used a seniors menu with smaller servings. We wished we would have stayed 2 nights so we had more time to enjoy the area. There were eating places nearby but we decided to eat in the hotel since the wait would have been pretty long and some were pretty pricey for wanting just a quick and simple meal since it was late. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Also the cookies are delicious!

Not a thing that we didn't like!

We stay at this property every time we go to visit highly recommend very clean. The pool and the spa is wonderful, great location.

The only issue I had this visit was the communication was terrible. The staff just could not get it right as far as check-in. I booked for two rooms and they ran the credit card for one room and not the other for deposit the parking wasn’t correct and while I was trying to enjoy my day the following day, they had to call me to tell me I owed money for the parking and then, I called back and here. I owed money for the room for the deposit and the parking it was just too much and uncalled for so I feel that the staff need better training and all of that. It seems like a little mistake but for someone that’s traveling you want things to be smoothly It just didn’t work this time I’ve never had an issue before this is the first time.

Great location for just walking to the falls and Rainbow Bridge etc - far better than having to travel in each day. Large comfortable room with a great river view (although the old-style aircon unit and the dubious-looking coffee machine need replacing with modern versions asap!) The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome, food was great and lots of choice. We would happily stay there again and will recommend. Thank you for looking after us on our anniversary.

The location of the hotel is perfect in case you like walking around the Niagara Falls. It's all very close by and the restaurant has a nice view on the Niagara river. Of course the bed, bathroom are all very good, clean 🫧 and fresh. The gym is small, but fine for the type of hotel and the pool and jacuzzi is a blessing after a day walking in the snow 🌨️

I'm Dutch so for me it's strange if I need to pay $15 for the parking, especially if it's outside in the snow ❄️🌨️. So if that would be an underground parking 🅿️ I would understand

fantastic view. layout of room was nice. was quiet and comfy. relatively clean. easily accessible and the staff was friendly with me whenever i interacted with them

I have 2 main complaints about the cleanliness. the room and floor and bed was wonderfully cleaned. I didn't spot dust or anything like that around. the shower in the bathroom, however, was not up to my standards. the tile around the door tracks was grimy and you could see visible dirt. there was also hair from the previous guest still on the walls and the shampoo bottles. also, the couch provided in the room was stained pretty heavily on the armrests. it was one of the first things I noticed when I walked in. otherwise the room was fresh and clean and the housekeeping did a great job cleaning when we were out for the day.

Great location, easy access to beautiful walking paths to Niagara Falls State Park & Rainbow Bridge. Easy walking to good restaurants like Wakey Wakey Eggs & Bakey & Red Coach Inn. Property had nice deck areas. Every staff member was friendly & helpful especially Sarah who was working when we checked in on Sept 11 evening & most of our stay. The warm chocolate chip cookies were the Best!!!

If anything, maybe a microwave in the vending area of each floor.

The room was super clean, the sheets and pillows were soft and comfy. The bathtub was immaculate, it was so clean I took a bath. The river view was lovely, I didn't even turn on the TV, I just sat outside! I felt safe and comfortable, barely heard the neighbors and it was a busy weekend. I only knew I had neighbors because I saw them in the hall!

It was the best hotel stay I've had in years, will be booking again when I'm back in Niagara Falls. The falls are a 10 minute walk down the river, the food is great, the staff is awesome.
