We could leave luggage safely after check out Relatively close to the main attractions but district itself has not much to offer. Restaurants are poor and the streets are very busy and noisy. 30 minute fast walk from El Reval / Barri Gothic / La Rambla. You can seat on the roof. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi available. Service is nice and helpful

Hotel looks better from outside than from inside. Rooms are quite old fashioned.We got "quiet room" next to the stairs and elevator used all night long. Room was small with window on concrete backyard, window in thrle room was super dirty (thanks to bird) so we kept it covered all the time. There was a pipe break during our stay and corridor got flooded. Smell on corridor was not cool;)

The room was very spacious room and the location was very good, 10, 15m distance from Passeig de Gràcia. The room was confortable and clean.

The dryer didn't work and the window was blocked by a desk. The desk was useful and in that corner maximized the room size, but it left not much space for the curtains to open. The closet doors didn't open or close properly.

Everything, perfect location everyday room was so clean and tidy and also the staff were probably the nicest and most respectful staff members I have ever dealt with and the owners of the hotel so be proud to have such brilliant staff!

There was nothing I didn’t like.

I really like the swimming pool on the rooftop. we had a hectic journey so to be able to relax in the pool felt amazing.

the window and the balcony didn’t match. the window wouldn’t fully open and we could not step on the balcony. little bizarre

I phoned that I was going to be late one hour at the check out after staying 2 nights and any hnos they charged me 20 extra EUR and my Room was open!!! We didn’t missed anything but I got really scared anyway.

Very good location, Clean and tidy, Friendly and helpfully staf speaking english and polish, safe in the room, quiet place, good size and comfortable beds, very nice breakfast, nice swimming pool on roof with nice view.

Well...only one small or big thing ( depends on the temperature outside) - climate control wasnt working. But the room wasnt too hot inside.

very uncomfortable beds - mattresses too high, they slide apart. I fell out of bed twice. Pool open but not heated. jacuzzi a bit not clean.

The location is very nice with a great view from the top. The jacuzzi was good and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The only negative part of our staying there was the noise from the other rooms and the hall that we could hear from our room.

Excellent location 5 minutes from the metro, staff really friendly and helpful, room very clean. Rooftop terrace, pool and hot-tub were great.

We really liked the location and cleaningness of the hotel.

Bathroom: the shower angle slope is wrong, which causes water all over the place. Got to be cautious/use the feet towel at all times. We really liked the buffet breakfast variety :)
