We arrived at the apartment at the pre-arranged time. The administrator was already at the reception, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The apartments are located in a quiet area with great transport accessibility — the metro and many convenient bus routes are nearby. The apartment itself is very well equipped: there’s a washer and dryer, dishwasher, heater and air conditioner, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, stove, and oven. Everything was clean and tidy. We also appreciated the nice touches like ice in the freezer, coffee, and a bottle of water waiting for us. The internet connection was excellent throughout our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this cozy apartment — it’s perfect for a family visit to Barcelona.

Everything! The apartment was spacious, very clean, with great natural light, located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood. You have everything you need right next to the apartment like bakery, super market, cafes, parking, metro and bus station. The gentlemen at the reception were very helpful and they provided us with all the information we needed to made our stay more comfortable. The apartment has a very nice and modern aesthetic, was fully equipment and it was super functional. We will definitely come again when we visit Barcelona.

Absolutely perfect apartment last minute booking as got stuck in barcelona as flight cancelled and rescheduled 2 nights stay spotless clean everything you could need fully equipped with washing machine and all staff super nice and friendly gave us a late checkout till 2 so we didn't have to get out too early to go to the airport would defo book again if returning to barcelona

Although the apartment wasn’t the one it appeared in the picture (different layout) it was still a very good option. Modern design, clean and well equipped. The main bed is very comfortable. Location is very good, surrounded by good options for brunch and tapas. You can leave your luggage with no charge.

Considering the price and that it is a building of apartments for rent, with reception and general cleaning services, it is strange that they ask the guests to take the trash out. In addition, although it is mentioned, I found that requesting a deposit of 250EUR is bit excessive.

Amazing location. Close to it there is a market and bakeries. 20 min to the pedestrian road with loads of restaurants. We managed to walk everywhere. Clean rooms and good size for six people. Two bathrooms which is handy if there is a big group. The kitchen is well equipped as well

Even though the apartmentswell equipped, there wasn’t hand soap or anything to wash in the kitchen. we had to buy everything and then for four days it will end up in the garbage that is not really environmental friendly. The shampoo Dispenser in the shower was broken and also empty. They also asked us to take outside the garbage ourselves, which is OK, but the recycling system is not really logic even if you speak Spanish. At the end of the tourist and that doing wrong the recycling and for the price they could do it themselves..

Barcelona has an excellent metro system & Mercedes Heritage apartments is about 200m from the station named “Hospital Clinic”. The reception staff were very friendly and marked places of interest on a city map & answered any questions we had. They also made a phone call on my behalf to confirm a local booking which was most helpful. The apartment had a washing machine and drying rack and so we were happy to catch up on washing too.

The lounge wasn’t very comfortable - a very small issue as we were not in the apartment that much!

It was very clean and well located but at the same time in an area that is not crowded. The apartment is very clean and has the amenities needed. There is a metro station nearby and a good amount of small shops and several restaurants and cafes. The staff was very helpful and they also helped us get an airport shuttle service. The receptionist Lulu was very kind and helpful during the check-in process.

We were very pleased with the apartment. We had a small issue with the bathroom window but we appreciated the staff did what they could to address the issue.

Staff were very friendly and informative. Location was great with lots of cute local coffee shops and restaurants, with a local supermarket a 4 min walk away! The apartments were modern and clean.

- you can hear lots of noise at night like people moving around upstairs making it difficult to sleep - drains in the bathroom are a bit smelly and not much airflow in the bathrooms - could do with another bathroom! 8 people sharing 2 bathrooms got a bit much

Clean, excellent location, metro and a fantastic market steps away, helpful and friendly staff, apartment suited us well as a family travelling with kids.

Beds were quite hard, sofa in living room was a pullout which was very uncomfortable to sit in, kitchen was not very well equipped. Sound travelled extremely well between apartments and from the hallway causing us to be awakaned by other guests coming and going in the middle of the night.

The mezzanine was a cool feature and we loved having the balcony so we could feel part of Barcelona. The kitchen and lounge had everything we needed so we felt very at home. Reception staff were friendly and helpful - particularly Iraklis who contacted our shuttle and was cool and calm when we raced back to the apartment for our airport shuttle after being stuck in traffic on the open top bus :) Highlight of the trip was the cable car up to Montjuic and wandering around the castle. Fantastic views! We would also recommend a tour of Gaudi's Casa Batllo and a drink along La Rambla.

The only slight issue was no fault of the owners but due to it being top floor, it was quite noisy during the windy night. The sound of the neighbour coming home at night seemed to echo through the flat too (but he wasn't noisy for long thankfully!)
