Conveniently located about 100 metres from metro.Although on main street the room were well sound proofed .The facilities were fine and the hotel was very clean.Requests promptly dealt with.

No problems

Everything was excellent. The room was very clean, the staff was nice and helpful, working 24/7 that was good for late arrival from the airport. The kitchen was furnished with all necessary things to prepare a breakfast, but to order breakfast from hotel service was also an option. The location is very good, entrance to the metro was just few steps from the hotel and up to 30 minutes by foot from all interesting places in Barcelona (we are used to walk a lot). Very good value for money

I would improve just one minor thing. I would add electric tea kettle as using electric cooker for tea preparation took long time, however, still not big deal.

Even the furniture was a bit outdated, everything was clean and well kept, bed was confi. Room service was every day and they have tidy up beds and kitchenette. Reception was always present and ready to help. Good location, with bus and metro close by, with breakfast at the many near by coffee shops with croissants and sandwiches ;). Room was not facing the street so it was quiet.

If you are planning to stay more than 2 adults, be aware that separation between main bedroom and fold-up sofa is only with some kind of board doors and not real doors and not entirely up to the ceiling. Also door to bathroom is closed with sliding doors, so do not expect 100% privacy. But appropriate for couples with small children. And yes, the electric kettle was missed, but we got by with casserole.

Very good installations. Fit very well up to three people. Four also works but not for so many days (I stayed 9 nights). Small kitchen and dishes helps a lot to save money with food - avoiding restaurants. Nearby groceries shops with not expensive food make the whole positive picture.

Ain’t cheap! I would just recommend to have a coffee machine and teapot in the room. Without them it is not 10!

Cleaning the rooms was an amazing service. The receptionists were also very helpful, friendly, and always available 24/7. All requests were answered. The room was very large and so comfy. I like it every day when we are back. It is clean and welcoming, and showers are superb. I had several requests as I travelled with a baby, and they were very quick. Within 10 minutes, we got the baby chair and all extra kitchen equipment subject to availability as described. We had the baby bed already set as per our previous request, too, when we arrived. Checkout was 1 minute! The receptionist helped us with the luggage, booking a Taxi. I would definitely go back, and I recommend this hotel.

Nothing in particular

We are grateful to be allowed to stay in the lobby overnight due to cancellation of our flight and we have to leave the hotel at 3:30am. Otherwise we need to stay in the airport.

The lighting of the room is a bit dim. The hairdryer is located in the bathroom which is not making sense as too humid. Our hairdryer was burned while use luckily not hurt. The fuse was off and the room went no light.

The room was fitted out in an amazing walnut finish and vey retro. The beds comfortable, the staff extremely helpful. The map they gave us at our check in and the advice lived with us for the whole of our stay. Great breakfast cafes just outside the door.

Parking was a little expensive - but this is not reflected by the hotel. They get a discount for their guests.

*would like air conditioning capability during the day as it was warm in the room, and nighttime so we didn’t need to open windows ( full view into rooms from multiple apartment buildings nearby is not pleasant) * for the price there should be coffee and tea packs available daily and a hot water kettle * larger coffee cups as the small ones aren’t big enough for a coffee packet * coffee in the lobby shouldn’t cost $1.40! Maybe discontinue that and supply the rooms

A little modernisation of bathroom would be good. But very minor point, everything worked well.

Location was excellent, round the corner from the Metro, or 25 minute walk to La rambla. Small shops "next door" for any essentials. Excellent restaurants nearby, value for money. Rooftop pool was a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Cleaning and new towels daily.

Room was a bit small for 4 adults , with sofa bed used for 2 of the beds. Dishes, seating etc all to cater for 2 people. Couple of hiccups with the tap needing tightened and the shower spraying too wide!
