A place closest to paradise, isolated, lush vegetation, tall trees and strange animals, including a variety of singing birds. 2 large and friendly dachs hunds who live in wealth and happiness even relative to humans. The owners of the place, a very friendly and local Englishman who plays the tough guy, keep the place sparkling clean and very well maintained. The problem is for people who want to be in the heart of the events and didn't rent a motorcycle, and don't want taxis and have the problem of walking about 2 km to the recommended sites and an excellent beach. The price is really cheap relative to what is required in Kusumoi in good places. Highly recommend to the right people.

High quality of services, well maintained, helpful and friendly staff, clean, nice communal areas, a genuine delight of an accommodation. Tok is a warm hearted, knowledgeable and professional manager.

You cannot walk anywhere from the place. To go to the nearest supermarket or restaurant you need to take a taxi or songtaew, which are luckily passing by on the road every few minutes.

The owners are a wonderful pair with plenty of advice and knowledge to help you with, the rooms are homey and very clean.

Though this seems to be a reoccurring theme in Asian, the mattress and pillows were quite hard which I personally find a little uncomfortable, although the next night the pillows were switched for softer ones without me having to say anything 🤷‍♂️.

A unique place. Beautiful house. Beautiful garden. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is not in the midst of busy parts of Samui, so you will need a transport. The owner helped me with organising a scooter.

I absolutely loved it here. Perfectly located in a quite place where you can get a break from the hectic life on Samui. Toc is the most amazing and genuine host I have ever had. So helpful! It was lovely to meet you.

It really felt like a home, lots of attention to details made it so. I only stayed one night as I was transiting through the island, but I would stay again and it’s clearly a very good long term place to stay. I arrived late so renting a bike to go out wasn’t possible but Tok very kindly lent me his. With breakfast, exceptional service and a relaxed atmosphere I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Koh Samui. During more normal times it’s also in a great location relative to restaurants, beach, airport and nightlife.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, assisting with all kinds of things such as taxis, scooter hire and recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

The hosts are loving people which take care of their guest. The place feels like a small Part of home. I can only recommend this guest house. 5 Stars

the banyan house design is so unique & the hundred years old banyan trees give the house a soft & easy grace. the owner treats us like friend, recommended many nice places in samui for us to visit & even explained the route to our van driver ❤️
