The rooms was nice and big and had great views of the slopes. The bed was comfortable. They provided you with everything you would need and if you need anything else the staff were very accommodating. The ski rental was good quality for people who are just looking to have a good time and and too worried about looks. The ski jacket and pants were new and good quality. The room price included breakfast and dinner. They had a range of options to choose from.

The pillows were quite small and hard. They were feather but still quite hard.

Hotel Ichinose was in the middle of the village near the ski slope and bus stop which was great to go to the snow monkeys etc. The staff were always very helpful. The tatami room was a very good size. You could rent ski gear there.

The hotel was quite old but well kept. The buffet food was a good selection but the food went cold quickly as the warming plates didn't work well enough. They really need a bain marie style serving system to keep the hot food hot as after a day in the snow you really want a hot meal.

Perfect location for skiing and getting the bus. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel and rooms. Lovely Onsen. Food was yummy and had a lot of options. The skis we hired didn’t seem very fancy or new - but they performed excellently and were a great price.

Cozy hotel, right by the Ichinose Family ski area. The staff is absolutely amazing, 100% focus on making your stay pleasant. We went there for a ski trip and it was really convenient. The public bath is great for after skiing, and both dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent, with many good quality choices.

The hotel, as all of other establishments in the area, is a bit old, but they keep it in a good shape, and managed to keep a nice atmosphere for a pleasant stay.

The location was great and the food was excellent! we did 3 nights and dinner buffet changed some stuff every night. All was very tasty! Staff was very friendly.

the parking is a bit far away, not super inconvenience because they take you there by car whenever you want but still if you just want to go randomly to check your car is a bit of inconvenience.

They don't have mineral onsen bath. only have ofuro hot water bath.

The decor is homely, the place is very clean and the staff very friendly. It’s also only about 5 mins walk to the nearest ski lift.

There are no fancy dining options although what is offered is in our view adequate for simple healthy meals.

Staff, meal and facility is amazing. The piano on the second floor is stunning. The location which is super close to the ski site. Overall, the experience is unique and complete.

Wakeup call service should be offered. However, not a big deal.
