Small hostel on the side of the Chinese district. Nice, cheap and cozy - good access to the city center so location is a plus. The shower facilities were clean and good quality - though of course renting the bed in shared room it's not entirely private. Still I shared the room with only one other Japanese person and it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Too small lockers for big backpackers - though it's usually safe in Japan and might have been some option to store somewhere - sadly I was leaving very early in the morning so wouldn't want to risk not being able to get my backpack.

The location is so good! It is in China Town Kobe. I can walk to Sannomiya and Haborland. There are many restaurant, convenience store and souvenir shop. Staff are very kind and helpful😊

Water heater in shower room, take time to wait hot water. There is announcement in shower room.

I can 100% recommend this guesthouse if you're staying at Kobe for a couple of nights ! The staff was super nice to me, I went to an izakaya one night together with one of them. They also speak fluent english so if you don't speak japanese that's absolutely not a problem. I really enjoyed my stay !

- Great location in china town - very close to train station & shopping area - Staff speak english & very welcoming - in bed charging with USB port - nice balcony on 3rd fl.

- Bed is thin - Blanket was little dusty. My nose iritated - Towel extra charge - Small locker - No elevator / narrow stair

The restroom and shower room in 3rd is only for women, I felt comfortable and free during using these rooms

The room is quite ok, but with little space, if you carry a suitcase. It will be difficult to open it, and the locker is small, otherwise everything is good for 2 nights

the facility was great near to Motomachi station like 5 walk only

Since we have many bags but the property doesn’t have elevator so that’s kinda missing

It was easily accessible and easy to find. Place was well kept and clean with the friendly staff ready to help when needed.

It wasn't clear that there were a break in the middle for luggage storage. One till noon and another from check in. Other than that, everything else was good.

Nice location, easy walking distance from lots of good places to see and places to eat. Friendly staff at the check-in, had good english and could explain how everything worked at the hostel. Very clean and modern facilities.

It is very close to the station and Chinatown. the staff were very nice and helpful, and the guests when I was there were respectful. Everything was clean and easy to understand.

This wasn’t an issue when I was there but I did wonder what would be done about the open air hallway in the event of a storm.

Good location with easy access to the public transport, Lots of places to try local food and shopping. A short walking distance form some tourist attraction sites.

The curtains in the room didn't shut the outside light properly.
