The villa is absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. With 8 beds, it’s perfect for a group stay! We are a family of three, and I was surprised by how big it is. The best part is the location—just a 1-minute walk to Oishi Park! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji as it was snowing, but that turned out to be a great experience for us. Our 3-year-old had so much fun playing in the snow! We also walked to Oishi Park Café for ice cream and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The hospitality here is exceptional. The staff go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The reception is at the convenient store right at the front of villa called Yamazaki store! There’s also vending machines beside the convenient store! They even offered us a shuttle to the supermarket. We assumed we’d need to take a taxi back, but to our surprise, the shuttle driver waited for us outside! That level of service is truly rare, and we’re so grateful. PS~ There’s also a few good restaurants at the front of oishi park which offers set meals! Amazing location indeed! Highly recommend this villa—it’s the perfect place to stay! Great for travelling in big groups or with children. The property has two bedrooms with four single beds in each. Travelled with two children and they had a great time switching between rooms/beds. The location was also a few minutes walk away from Oishi Park which offered one of the best views of lake Kawaguchiko and Mt Fuji. Area was peaceful, quiet and safe. Loved how we could see the stars so clearly at night. The hosts were very friendly and helped with booking taxis, finding restaurants nearby, and even drove us to the train station to catch our early morning bus back to Tokyo. Overall, a great experience for our first trip to the Mt Fuji area.

Limited bus service. Starts at around 9am and ends at around 6.30pm with huge gaps in between buses so if you miss a bus you’d have to wait quite a while for the next one or call a taxi (which is typically expensive). A one way 16 min taxi ride from Kawaguchiko Station to the property cost 3700 yen. Best to stay in this area if you’re looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of bigger towns and cities and you’re happy to avoid the tourist attractions.

Super spacious and super clean with open kitchen and toilet! Facilities, cleaning detergents and culinary tableware are well equipped. The spacious room are very comfortable for friends spending nighttime with activities together. I like the mirror and make up lights outside the bathroom. Easy to find and the location is relative convenient to reach supermarket. The overall price was quite reasonable and the second floor has a nice view of Fujiyama!

The sofas in the living room are not in good condition, as well as the cushions. The plates are not enough for guests over 3 person. And there’s no fruit knife if you are planning to have some fruits when back to the villa.

The property manager was very accommodating. We made super last minute booking with minimal research to later found out that this property is not 15 drive from train station but since we arrived so late all the bus has stopped. The property manager allowed us to check in late and was very helpful in giving tips on how to get there after hours (which we took taxi). The property manager even arranged a free ride for us to our next spot when we checked out which was super helpful.

We love everything about this place. It’s the perfect place if you wanted to wake up early and catch Fuji-san over kawaguchi lake. Since Oishii park is 5min walk away. But keep in mind it is away from the main touristy area. It would be ideal if you have a car or traveling in larger group since this property is massive! Sleep 8 or more but there was just two of us.

The place was superb. I’ve already put this place in my favorite. The villa was very clean, full furnished with utilities, cozy, spacious, and well designed. The location is closed to the park and souvenir shop. There is a convenient store in the front which we could check in. We wish we could stay more. The hosts were very nice and kind. They offered the pickup and drop-off at Kawaguchiko station. If we have a chance to be there, we absolutely book this property again.

We love everything about this place. They offer van pick-up and drop off from Kawaguchiko station to the villa. The Villa was so cozy, comfortable, good location - very near the bus stop and 3-5mins walk to Oishi park where you can see perfect view of Kawaguchiko lake and Mt. Fuji. The couple who owns the place is very nice, kind and accommodating to our requirements. It was sad though that we didn’t get to enjoy the villa as we booked for an overnight stay only and mostly out of the house. Will definitely go back to this place and book for more days. Highly recommended!

The spaces, cleanliness, calm atmosphere, friendly staff, convenient parking, and great location made for an excellent stay.

Just a small detail but the ceiling windows in the 2nd floor rooms could benefit of a blind or a curtain to stop sunlight coming in the early morning.

Spacious, good facilities, good location, easy access

They don’t clean the room daily, so by the time we left during our 3 days stay, the room was very dirty. A washing machine and provisions to dry clothes could be nice. The nearby convenience store owned by same villa managers is the only shop available nearby. The shop had barely few items, and always looked very empty. Stocking up with more food items would be good.

Everything about the villa.The staff was excellent they came to pick us up from the station and even stopped at the supermarket on the way.It was a great location from the villa we could see mount Fuji right from the living room and bedrooms it was stunning and could not believe it. The staff was toooo good to help for everything the villa had all necessary things and we felt like our own home . They came to drop us to the station .It's highly recommend for everyone. Will come back again

Nothing everything was too good

This really exceeded our expectations! Such a lovely, cosy spot in a great location; house was very well insulated and easy to keep warm in winter. There was only 4 of us but could sleep 8, great value even for 4 people. Highly recommend if going to the Fuji area!
