Impeccably clean, even for the high standards of a Japanese hotel. Staff was super helpful when my friend left a camera in the room and we had left the city they contacted me immediately and were very accommodating in getting the camera returned.

Very very little to complain about. The price per night was slightly higher than I would have liked so the value for money is not as good as some places I've stayed in Japan. But prices are rising across the board for hotel accommodations in Japan so it is not particularly surprising.

Location is good. Within 10 minutes walk to Sakuramachi. This hotel is modern. Free welcome drink. Bed is comfortable. Staff is helpful.

Just minor problems. The room is quite small for 3 people. There are no hooks in the toilet for hanging clothes. Coin laundry may be a problem since the usage is high, queuing is expected. Parking space is limited.

Convenient to public transport, shopping, and tourist sites. Friendly helpful staff who went out of their way to assist you. We loved the breakfast which caters for all cultures. Very tasteful, well presented and very efficient staff. From 2pm onwards until 10.00pm we were able to use this space. Fabulous laundry facilities on level 1 with an iron and ironing board on each floor. Ability to safely store your luggage when arrival (check in time is 3.00pm).

The location is on a main road close to Sakura bus station and road subway yet in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to main spots, convenient stores and drug stores. The design of the room is cosy and provides a sense of resting for a day of hassle. The amenities are fully offered and the shower amenities in room are nice smelling. Breakfast is a must try!

The shower room is small and there is slight water stain in the sink. Breakfast coffee is not so good.

Hotel was good. The overall stay was good and the bus terminal was very close. Lots of shopping options within walking distance of the hotel. The lighting in the hotel and the room was not adequate in my opinion, and there was no water bottle.

The location was very near the station. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. Shimotori Shotengai is a walking distance from the hotel even, Sakuramachi station and bus terminal. The facilities of the hotel was also great.

Since its a typical Japanese hotel and we were 3 person who stayed in the room, it was quite a challenge to move inside.

The stay in this hotel was extremely pleasant. There are lot of amenities offered for free, the rooms look very nice, everything is clean and the price is unbeatable. The hotel is also equipped with coin washing machines, which is indispensable during longer trips. Our group was very satisfied and we would recommend staying in this hotel to any travelers.

Good location downtown, near the tram lines. Fantastic buffet breakfast that I wish I’d had more time to get seconds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, fantastic customer service when I had accidentally booked for only one person, but needed a room for two.

The wifi in the room wasn’t strong enough to stream Netflix or Amazon, and we couldn’t get the Comcast to work either.

This hotel is very new and modern. Only shower can be found in the room. Coffee and tea as well as constant soup can be picked up free of charge in fron of the reception. The hotel locates very near to walking street (only 2 min) and the tram station. The shoping center can be found just across the road.

Very nice overall

Nothing bad Maybe they can offer drinking water to refill bottles and the room cleaning is only every three days, but they change de towels and take de trash. Probably could be nice to guarantee at least one room cleaning. We only stayed 3 nights so we didn’t have our room cleaning service
