Location was great and very central. We were there only for the night and there are many great restaurants and shopping outlets that is within walking distance. The breakfast was fantastic as it showcase the various local fare of the region.

The double bed was a bit tight and it was a bit squeezy in the room for 2 pax. There wasn't much space to move around and fortunately we had the smaller luggage. Also, the hotel doesn't have a lobby, so do note if you are driving there, you have to park 5 mins away at a multi-storey car park and lug your luggages across the main street.

Great location with tons of dining, shopping and entertainment options surrounding the hotel. Despite the central location, the room was very quiet. Cleanliness of the room itself was good and the layout made good use of the space. There's a paid laundromat available for guest use, and a free public hot spring. Discounted parking is available at a nearby lot and the hotel has written English instructions clearly explaining how to use it. Overall, excellent price-to-value.

The public areas (hallways, elevators) could use more frequent tidying.

Close to shopping areas, covered malls right outside hotel, lots of eateries minutes away, 7/11 right next door, Kumamoto Castle minutes away. Excellent location! Room was very clean and roomy for a Japanese hotel. In our public bath was also extremely clean and nice.

Great location. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet has a wide assortment of choices and kept very neat and clean.

The room I stayed in had only a shower and the sink was in the living area instead of the bathroom. The shower booth is cramped.

The hotel is located in the center of shopping street surrounded by shops and restaurants. Breakfast is mostly in Japanese style which is perfect. Overall facilities are great and the amenities provided are in good quality.

The room is too small for big size luggage.

I really like the onsite hotspring with a beautiful mini-garden inside, the perfect place to relax after a long journey. The location is great, easily accessible a few minutes by foot from a tram station.

There're two smoking rooms on separate floors, but they are very tiny (4 persons max)

The breakfast was amazing, two massive counters with about everything you could think of both Japanese and Western. In the afternoon free soft drinks till 9pm in the lobby. There is even a manga library. Staff were really helpful. Location was excellent.

The front staff were very accommodating and helped us ship some of our luggage to one of our future hotel stays. The place was in a great location surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The hotel was beautiful and well kept.

We liked the free drinks in the evening, the onsen and the kids pack (with pillow, PJs and slippers) and the location. The room was very small but cute - fine for a short stay.

My daughter left a teddy bear there and they didnt reply to my email.

Best place to reach main 3 arcade shopping streets and shopping mall in kumamoto. Wellcome brink bar and manga area are the most impressive part in my trip life. Hot spring facility is versatile.
