Comfortable bed, personal jacuzzi was great! Host was so accommodative of my needs and was able to send my luggage via Ta-Q-Bin to my next location in Nagoya. The bike rental was awesome for my day trip around Karuizawa especially since the location was a bit out of the way. Host was also very responsive via LINE messaging, and played some piano in the morning during breakfast.

Location was about 15 minutes walk from west end of Prince Karuizawa Shopping Area. Nothing much in the vicinity. For 690 yen, I think the breakfast can be a little better. Towel, pyjamas and laundry as optional add ons.

Very cute guesthouse, comfy rooms, clean

Breakfast was not worth it, soup and yoghurt were good but other than that it was just pieces of stale bread. The amount was also limited which was weird since it was a buffet. The host told us to stop eating just 30 mins after we sat down and waited for more food. Host was a bit blunt in general, wanted us out of the property at 10am sharp. We had left the rooms and were just sitting in a corner in the empty common area (which is usually allowed in a guesthouse), we just needed some time because our friend was unwell but she wanted us to leave right away.

The guest house is warm and very comfortable with all the wooden furnitures. The common bathroom even got a jacuzzi for the guests and it’s super large. We enjoy meeting the host and other guests in the common room during breakfast time and night time , the host played very nice piano for us during breakfast time and my mum loved it, it was one of the most memorable part in our trip ! The guest house also provide a lot of rental service for the guests and it’s very considerate. Thanks a lot for accommodating us ! Highly recommend to everyone !

The hotel is just really lovely and cosy. It was perfect for an autumn stay. The hotel staff is very nice and explains everything there is to know. Since the bathrooms are shared, there is an easy system of reservation with a board in front of it. That way you can be sure to have access to the bathroom when you need to. The hotel and shared facilities were also perfectly clean.

The situation is a bit far from the center of the city, but it is manageable !

It was homely. The host was very welcoming and always willing and able to help with any questions we had. Great amenities, plenty of room and very clean. Made us feel valued.

Brochures in English on local activities would be helpful.

A great experience, nice and beautiful room. The owners are great! Helped us with everything we needed and they played (violin and piano) for us while we ate breakfast When we will save some money to go back to japan we will come back here

Sweetest accomodation! It’s located a small walk away from the city. The breakfast was included and a lady played piano during it. Superclean, everyone was very welcoming.

Clear instructions. The staff awaited us until we arrived to brief us. Superb bath available! Very artistic environment. Spacious common area.

Wish to have electrical outlets at each bedside.

Staff were easy to talk to, and they helped as much as possible whenever I had questions. Venue was quiet also, away from the main street area.

Cosy place to stay, very clean. Comfortable rooms. Very friendly owner (great at playing piano too). Good place for a lot of sightseeing (mountains, forest, outet center). Discover the neighbourhood. Enjoyed my stay here a lot.
