The location is superb, near to the Tamade Station of the Nankai Line, having a 24/7 operating 7-eleven just a few feet away. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and recommend preparing Google translate while communicating with them, they are most likely to talk in Japanese. They're having a 24/7 operating cafe/rest area for you to sit and eat, provided with the free flow tea/coffee/water, and also microwave. They also have laundry service, which you can save your luggage to buy more in Osaka.

We're having two single beds in a room, where one of the beds is just near to the curtain, which I found to be uneasy. Perhaps can relayout the beds. And also to change a new pillow, the pillow is too soft.

What you see is what you get.This hotel is super clean,bed was super comfy!They also replace the towels and robes everyday.Even you put the sign dont disturb,they will just leave the towel set,plastic for trash in your doorknob. Also, what I like the most is,it's super duper close to the train station,the nearest is 1 min away from the entrance and you can even it see while you are exiting at the hotel.This station is called Kishinosato-Tamade under Nankai Line,there's also another station which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel called Tamade Station.7eleven is just next to this hotel as well and 2 minute walk from Tamade grocery store which we normally buy our lunch or dinner and snacks.Good thing also here is that they have laundry area where you can just set it up and leave your clothes with password so nobody can open it even you decided to pick it up after your day trip schedule.Exchange currency machine is just in the reception area which I think not bad for the rate.Pantry is also nice and clean where you can have a coffee (free) or have your meals there.Wifi was super good too!

I hope this hotel can offer a free breakfast soon.Channels in the tv are all in Japanese and I hope they can also upgrade it to smart tv so others can watch netflix,hbo etc.

Washer and dryer is available so it is alright if you need to wash clothes during your trip. Breakfast meal is not available, but they offer free coffee and some bread in limited quantity. There is a common area for eating so you can buy food outside and eat it there. There are also a lot of food choices at walking distance from the hotel. The bed is nice and comfortable and we can see the sunset from our window. The room is a bit bare in terms of decor but it is bigger than other hotels of similar price. The staff are helpful and tried their best to accommodate your request. It is not as near to sightseeing spots, but it is easily accessible. The train station is within walking distance and Nishi-Umeda station is just one ride. Airport is also easily accessible as well.

The place outside the hotel is both a plus and demerit. It is a market, but it is not as lively as others and the stores close early, except for the grocery store. Do try to buy from the sushi stores in front, they are good. The bread shop is also good although limited in variety. The fruits are cheap as well. There is a convenient store nearby and some vending machines if you need them. Our room was not cleaned up when we arrived but they resolved it quickly so I can still recommend this hotel.

This property is so clean, the staff are so helpful and wonderful. They have 4 coin operated washing machines that are also dryers. The rooms are spacious, they clean your room daily and provide everything from shampoo, body wash, razor , toothbrush etc They have a dining area that offers free coffee. It is far from central Osaka but it is a 30 second walk ( Litetally) from a train station. Located in “ Tamade”

Location was too far from central osaka but still a nice hotel

The staff and rooms were outstanding! The rooms are a bit bigger than some hotels in Japan. It's definitely worth the value, location, and vibe. Approx. about 100ft from train station and 711 is right next door, open 24hrs. My wife and I used the station to get to Osaka station to travel to Kyoto, Hiroshima, Hemji Castle, and few other hard to reach places. This hotel also has laundry service (no detergent needed)....the machines can wash and dry clothes at the same time depending on what service you want. Very cheap, clean, and convenient.

The water temperature wasn't too hot. It wasn't lukewarm, but it wasn't steaming hot either. Also, there was slow drainage in our bathtub. Also, the air is pretty dry, so it's best to have a portable humidifier. Other than those things, the hotel is great!

I liked the fact that they allowed people to use the breakfast space for work etc. during the day. It really helped me out when I was just stuck indoors during the typhoon. The price was really affordable too. The hotel is provided all business hotel level services I expected. I guess the neighborhood is rather residential, so you might not see many people walking around later in the evening (something to consider mostly for female solo travelers).

Nothing things were great

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Osaka. The location is also excellent as there are 2 metro stations nearby. There are quite a few eateries and convenience stores nearby. There are some staff who speak English (very little) and some who don't. Despite this, communication was pretty easy (Use Google translator if you need it) and they were always eager to help.

Everything was awesome!

Room without breakfast but facilities to warm food and pizza grill free tea and coffee anytime at the lovely eating area. The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. The hotel was super clean , fresh and beyond my expectations for the price. The price was excellent, Great location in between the metro and train line just yards from the hotel. Lots of shops and supermarkets nearby for food and drinks.

The window did not open, but overall no complaints.

Very friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful - let us leave our bags in reception early, and you can help yourself to tea, coffee and water from their canteen type room - we also ate dinner there a few times. Room was nice and spacious with a fridge and good air conditioning. Good lot of amenities, and fresh towels daily. The hotel was in a great location - near to a subway and train station, with a lovely dessert opposite, and convenience store less that 5min walk away.

We had to emergency book this after a slight miscalculation a few days before the booking, so while getting to the hotel was a bit unfortunate, we nevertheless had an excellent experience during our stay! The hotel is quite far from the center of Osaka, but it was very well staffed and very well kept! For it's price, it was an excellent place to stay, and also not too far from Mt. Kongo, which we took a lovely visit to as well! Highly recommend!

Nothing really to complain about, for its price it's an excellent place to stay!
