By Japan standards 80 m2 is a big space. I liked that one of the rooms is a traditional Japanese room with a serenity balcony. Great to have a washing machine, vast array of amenities, good sized bathroom, lovely (interesting toilet with hand washing water on the cistern), Osakako station being a 5 minute walk, a main food street with 3 convenience stores and one full grocery store. You can cook at home if this preferred. I liked that we were away from the overwhelming action of Osaka and could access green space easily. The stop at the aquarium had full bloom of the cherry blossoms. Stunningly beautiful. Would be amazing to walk through for visitors. From Shin-Osaka use the red Midosuji line and switch to the green line at Hommachi station to get to the accommodation. We would stay here again.

Check in process. Limited English. No email confirming the check in process in its entirety. Had a fellow non-English speaking guest let us in. I then proceeded to ask him via Google translate how to check-in. Had to call the call centre number to confirm the room code and how to access the building. The mailbox had absolutely nothing to do with room code. If an establishment is using contactless check-in, please ensure someone actually tests the process end to end to experience what it’s like for guests. Language options would really help. Like great you’ve tested the Japanese version but how does this work for foreigners.

The instructions for check-in were provided 1 day prior to your check-in date and easy to follow. The unit was amazing, really clean and comfortable. The facilities available were definitely a plus whenever we needed to use it instead of looking for services outside - washer, microwave, kettle etc. They also made it easy for disposable of trash where its usually required to separate trash in Japan. Nice and quiet location, some walking distance to 3 different convenient stores.

Nothing major to highlight as we loved our stay here as 4 family members! Probably a minor one is that we didn't manage to get a late check-out but understand that they had other guests coming & are punctual with their housekeeping schedule.

By Japanese standards, this property was huge. We were a family of 5 and able to spread out and relax for our 5 days in Osaka. The property had everything we needed (hairdryer, utensils etc) and was well presented. We were able to take advantage of the city ferry to get to Universal Studios and there were multiple convenience stores located within a few minutes of walking from the property. Check-in was seamless once we had registered all the guests.

We were allocated a room right near the exit, so the kids complained on a couple of nights about noises from other guests walking past their windows. The location was great for access to things like the aquarium and ferris wheel, but there were multiple train changes to access other attractions in the city. We again encountered the blankets being too small to fully cover bodies and feet, but a heater and socks to bed sorted that problem.

Easy check-in via tablet. No staff is present at the place, but communication is good via Booking messaging. The room is exceptionally spacious, with two separate bedrooms (each can host two people) and another room with sliding doors for tatami (can host three people of tatami mats). Overall, I would say a group of 7 can fit inside easily. The apartment is well-equipped. The location is excellent and very close to the C line station. Another benefit is the possibility of taking the ferry to the USJ instead of the metro route if you wish. There are numerous supermarkets within a few minutes walk. There are good restaurants in the area close to the C-line station. The hotel is also close to the Osaka Aquarium if you want to visit it. Overall, our trip to Osaka was quite good with this hotel.

Nothing to say here. All was good!

I loved the location. It was about a 10min drive from Universal. 10min walking distance to the aquarium, tempozan mall/ Legoland. There is a grocery store 8 min away by foot. And numerous 7evelens. Family mart/ lawson. Train station is about a 5min walk. Very convenient location and spacious. We had 3 adults and 3 children. Kids slept in the tatami room with futons which were very convenient since they like to roll around alot in their sleep, while the adults slept in the 2 rooms. They provided everything you need. Response time is convenient and quick as well I had made a mistake and requested to stay one more day, they worked very quickly to assist me in that matter. I appreciated that so much. Checking in and checking out process is very simple.

Wish the pillows were a bit thicker, but that's just a minor fixer upper with adding more pillows that were in the tatami room.

Really lovely apartment for 3 adults and a toddler. The rooms were spacious, and there was plenty of storage for clothing etc. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking and cleaning supplies, and there was even some laundry detergent available to use. I was worried the walls would be thin, but we didn't hear anybody in any of the apartments. Great location and easy parking. A shopping centre with plenty of food options, and Osaka aquarium were all in easy walking distance.

The beds were a little hard, but we still were able to sleep. The 2 rooms at the front of the apartment had thin windows, so when other guests walked past, it could be quite noisy.

The place had a very good mix of traditional Japanese and western features. Facilities were all as needed for a family and our stay with two small kids was very comfortable. It is located very close to the subway station and getting anywhere from there is quite convenient. We arrived from Kansai airport on the airport bus, and it was also a short walk from the bus drop-off point..

There was an option to upload documents in advance to ease the entry process. Which I did and seemed to be complete, but on arrival I had to upload passport for each individual again. This is perhaps an specific issue with me. Otherwise, nothing all negative.

This house is spacious for 5 of us. It has 3 bedrooms, which 2 of it have queen bed in each room. The last room is spacious for 3 or 4 futons, and my children happily sleep on the futon. The house's facility such as kitchen utilities & clothing hangers, cooking utensils, also available cooking oil, salt, very thoughtful. Overall are superb. Distance from metro station is not far. There's nearby laundry. The condo is also in a walking distance to kaiyukan, Ferris Wheel & legoland discovery.

The house space is big, but there's only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. We have to rush everybody (5 person) for bath time early in the morning.

Keyless entry was so convenient. That way we're not having to hold an extra load or worry about whether we have the keys or left it behind somewhere. Check in was so smooth. Property was great and conveniently located. Price point was perfect for a 3-bedroom condo. Space in the condo was great. The sun room and patio was a nice spot to get away and breath some fresh air without having to leave the room. I loved that they had almost everything in the condo: body/face soap, shampoo and conditioner, extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, a washer with clothes hangers and drying racks, a full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and many needed utensils, dish soap, sponge and drying cloth, salt, pepper and cooking oil, tea, coffee, a nice big dining table with a bench (this is great for large people) and chairs, and air-conditioning/ heating in every room. You had an ironing board and iron. Lots of towels (of all sizes and a hair dryer. I loved the house slippers for everyone and extra rolls of toilet tissue and tissue box. Lots of hangers and closet space to put our luggage and clothes away. Waste bins in every room. Nice hot water heater to keep us warm. I loved the extra amenities in the lobby: the beauty kit (cotton pad and Q-tips), razor, hair brush. Umbrellas are available for us to use in the lobby. There's a vending machine right outside the lobby with hot and cold drinks. Vacuum and cleaning supplies available too if you need it. I was really worried about heaters so I asked for extra blankets which they couldn't provide. However, every room has a wall mounted split-type air-conditioner that you can adjust to use as heaters so, extra blankets were not needed after all.

I wish they had a notepad and pen. Luckily, I had some in my purse. I wish there was a safe place or large sized lockers in the lobby where we could store our luggage after checking out. We had to check out at 11am and our flight at Kansai Airport was not until 8pm. So we had so much time to kill. We had to go around several train stations near Bentencho to store all our luggage. It took us almost 2 hours to find enough lockers to store all large-sized luggage and bags together. Because there was another booking after us, we were unable to do late check out.

We had a nice walk down to the aquarium, and it was close to the train to get to the rest of Osaka, and the convenience stores and the street with the resuarants. It was great to have extra room for our kids and we used the heating to dry out our clothes. We also were glad to have a fridge and cooking/washing facilities. Would definitely use again as a base for exploring more of the Osaka region. My daughter got the room with the futon so she had a different experience :-)

We had to make three train changes to get there from the airport, but now we are familiar with the system we have it down to one transfer, this is beyond control of the property in any case.
