Just a few steps away from Universal studios, nice breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Also easy to move around in the city of Osaka using the trains.

It was the first time in Japan a hotel didn't accept for us to use the transfer of our luggage to the next hotel (this is something common in Japan, you pay yourself at a third-party company). They told us that we can only use it to send our luggage home which is not the rule in general. This created a last-minute mess for us trying to organise what to do with the luggage having two young kids running around. Overall, as with the hotel that we stayed close to Disneyland, although they offer nice facilities they lack of a more personal approach. Possibly because of the short stay in order to visit the parks they don't seem to truly care about customers. It doesn't have to be something great, there are small things that make the difference.

Excellent location just 2 minutes walk to Universal Studios and even closer to an array of restaurants and cafes. The staff were lovely and the facilities spacious and clean.

I would have liked more variety at the breakfast, fruit/yoghurt etc would have been nice in addition to the hot foods.

The location was perfect close to the train and Universal Studios. The staff was great and we opted not to get our room cleaned and they provided with towels and water every day.

The breakfast needs to be better. We only had breakfast once although we paid for and because it was bad we decided to have breakfast somewhere else. The bed is great but the pillows aren’t as comfortable and they should provide extra pillows but in fairness we didn’t ask. The bathroom is very dated as the paint on the tub are peeling and had stains. Honestly it didn’t bother as much because it was functional and the staff provided all the amenities we needed

Wonderful space for my family of 5. The kids loved that all the beds were connected in a row so we could all sleep in our beds next to each other. There was still space for a side sofas for them to sit on to read & check out their USJ purchases. Bathroom was spacious and clean, there was a cool refa hair dryer to use too. Loved the size given the price we paid because it’s not at all like the usual small & tight rooms in Japan. Loved that we cld wake up at 8.30am and walk over to USJ when it opens its door. No stress, no worries abt travelling in a jam packed train to get to USJ. Just out of the hotel and we are there! Also enjoyed being able to browse in the shops in the evening after USJ closes to still soak in the atmosphere and lights. We would book it again on a family trip!

Only downside is that parking a car is costly at abt 3000yen per 24hrs.

Recently renovated, this was the 3rd time we stayed here and it has had a significant renovation and feels brand new. Excellent breakfast buffet with fresh squeezed orange juice, pastries and lots of hot options. All very tasty. They even had a welcome "lounge” (just the breakfast restaurant repurposed) where you could have some drinks - coffee or tea, as well as soft drinks or soft serve ice cream and cookies! Rooms were quite spacious, all the expected amenities provided and very comfortable beds. Staff were friendly however they seem to have fewer staff for the late evening (we arrived at 8pm)

Only thing that I would comment on would be the misleading room description/photos. We asked for connecting rooms as we are a family of 4 and connecting rooms are preferable, however this was not provided (understandable due to availability) but the staff told us the rooms were connecting, even though they weren’t. At least they were next to each other. The stay was also a bit expensive, but we stayed mid-December when there are a lot of tourists, so it is kind of understandable.

Everything was amazing. As soon as you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff. The room was fantastic we had 3 people in our room and it was comfortable. It did require some timetabling for the shower. The shower was in the bathroom but it was a small price to pay for the proximity to Universal Studios. Universal City is great for eateries and the Universal hops outside of the park. The buffet breakfast was the best - must have the mini hamburgers that are cooked fresh as well as the mini okonomiyaki delicious. We were so happy with our choice.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Check-in was smooth after 3PM. Reception desk was very informative and got welcome drinks voucher for the Hotel Club. We had connecting rooms on the 14th floor. Each floor has vending machine and ice machine with buckets and utensils. Location was 3 minutes walk to USJ and along the walk was a lot of shops for F&B and shopping. There is also a GAP Factory Outlet, Lawson and Starbucks when going out the hotel doors at the 3rd floor.

The toilet could have been a bit more bigger. Better quality towels and also the housekeeping should replace the same amount of towels in the room.

Very good location close to Universal Studios on city walk and right next to a subway stop. One of the few hotels in Japan that could accommodate a family of four (with older kids) with four beds in one unit. Room is small but thoughtfully laid out and clean. Microwave and utensils available in main corridor for our take out food. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. On our last day, the front desk staff called a taxi for us and walked us out to meet our taxi to help with translation to ensure we got to the right destination.

Universal Studios as a whole is set apart from the rest of Osaka so it takes a few transfers via subway to get to see the rest of Osaka.

Location at Universal City was excellent. Looking at the maps, I had expected a further distance between USJ and the station. It was in fact a very short walk and the main hotels are all quite close together and to the USJ gates. The station exit opens onto the Universal City Walk concourse and the hotel is a few steps away. The baggage rooms were spacious and easy to use for check in/out after/before a day at USJ. Go straight to Level 1 if you need bag storage - there is plenty of room for re-packing bags with shopping if you need to do so. These were some of the most comfortable beds we experienced in our 2 weeks in Japan. Ultimately I chose this hotel for its well-priced connecting room for our family of 4. Very happy with the decision. Hot tip - there is a dimmer dial on only one side of the bed head for the room lights, which are very dim on first entry to the room.

The shower seemed a bit slippery so take care climbing in and out.
