Location is good, about 10 minutes from Osaka station (note that all Shinkansen leave from Shin-Osaka station, which is not the same). Very clean and spacious room for one. Umbrella and power adaptor were available for free use, and the lounge area at reception had tea and coffee available for most of the day. Air conditioner worked really well for the summer weather.

The shower is in the bathtub, so you need to be able to step up into the bath to use it. Only nearby stores were convenience stores, not much in the way of nearby restaurants.

Nice lobby area to sit. Free wine at happy hour. Free coffee. Very clean and well maintained property and rooms.

They serve supper and light food and drinks for guests during our stay. Bed is the most comfortable I had compared to the 4 other hotels i tried

Finding the hotel!! After 2 hours lost in the labyrinth of Osaka station we were finally escorted to our hotel by a lovey information centre lady! Here is how to get there: Take the Sakurabashi exit from the station, cross the road, turn left and walk to the next crossing. Cross and Turn right and walk to the next crossing. Cross and turn left, follow this path around the corner (veers to the right) and look up…the hotel will hopefully be in front of you🤞

Hotel is one of the newer hotels around the area. Room is spacious and comfy beds. It is near to JR Osaka and Umeda station, plenty of shopping and eateries; better shopping experience compared to Namba area. The airport limousine bus station is less than 5 mins walk away. JR Osaka Train station to the hotel is sheltered - there is an underground passage which links to the hotel (2 mins walk). Public bath is a big plus. Hotel front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel ambience is a bit dark to our liking at the lift lobby areas. The entrance area to the room has no lighting and it is freaky every night entering into a dark room as the light switch is not at the door area. The sensor light outside the bathroom turns off even when one is standing below packing luggage or hanging jacket. can the hotel consider making the sensor light as a normal light? The air purifier has not been cleaned for a long time. We accidentally knocked the cover off and saw a thick layer of accumulated dust.

Nice location. Nice services on the 2nd floor. Liked the Onsen.

A bit difficult to walk from the train station, there is construction outside and the station is big. Next time, I will ask for better direction from the hotel. Google maps was not enough.

Very big modern hotel on a good location near Nishi Umeda station. We had a deluxe double room, which was big and comfortable. The beds were really amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offered everything and everything was functioning. It is a big hotel though; you need to use cards and codes. We were surprised, how many people jumped into the public bath without a shower or with clothes - not so hygienic. We had a good stay at the hotel and enjoyed it.

There was a paper how to use a public bath, apparantly some visitors did not understand (jumping into the bath without showering and even with bathing suits, towels etc). A better explanation would be advisable.

Well-positioned hotel near Osaka station (JR) and Nishi-Umeda station (subway), and close to shopping centers. Relatively large rooms and good service. There are also a free drink and light snack service during the afternoon. Check in procedures are mostly painless (but, due to them being automated, there is no such thing as early check in). The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed a taxi to Shin-Osaka.

Not really a fault of this hotel (it looks like a trend everywhere), but there's very little space to put things, even if the room has space. We ended up keeping things in our luggage.
