The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Convenient laundry facilities and microwave oven in lobby. Excellent location and price.

The only negative was that the room's toilet had a strong bad odor. I found it necessary to purchase an air freshener to mask the smell.

Incredible location that was super convenient to get to all the city places. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was great too with great water pressure and hot/cold water. The towels were changed everyday and you can also choose change your trash daily. The breakfast was simple and sufficient, not missing out on anything much if you don't go for it. They also had a washer and dryer that was great too. The staff were amazing as well. This is an amazing location if you want easy access to the city but want a comfortable stay.

The only slight downside is that the room is a little tight in space. It's ample but tight for more than 1 big luggage. Tight but not tiny. But it's a good trade off for the location.

Near by Tennoji shopping street and 5-8minutes walking distance to train stations. Shin Imamiya train station to Kansai Airport is near by.

Very nice facilities, clean and comfortable, appreciated the free amenity bar. The Shinsekai neighbourhood is a bit of a party zone (in a fun way!) but it was quiet in the hotel itself, and easy to access public transport.

I provided my child's age when booking but there was an additional fee demanded on arrival because they were over 9, which should have been included in the quoted price since they had that information. It wasn't too much and the hotel was still a good deal but it felt shady.

Perfect location: 5-10 minutes walk from the JR Shin-imamiya station (so you can get from the airport by Nankai Airport Express train) or from Dobutsuen-mae subway station (Midosuji Line). There are many (okonomiyaki) restaurants next door and convenience and 100-yen stores. The room was very clean (They clean it fully every 3rd day, but change towels every day according to the eco plan). The breakfast is very tasty, has both Japanese and western options, there were daily variations for warm dishes (we stayed 5 days and the selection was not boring at all). The breakfast room was never overcrowded. Internet was good (I did some work from our room and made Teams calls without any issues). We also used the washing machine (400 yen extra), moreover the room had the bar under the airco to dry small clothes items. There are different amenities to pick up at the reception. Including tea/coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful as usual. The bed was hard enough (as we like it) and pillows were double-sided: with harder and softer sides.

We loved the location of this hotel. Right in the middle of Shinsekai markets with plenty of restaurants and shops. Only 5 minutes walk to Metro and JR station. The rooms were larger than expected and very clean. Very clear English instructions provided in the room and staff at front desk were also very helpful and spoke English. Clean towels provided daily and rubbish and dirty towels removed daily. Coin Washing machine and dryer in the lobby worked great.

Nothing really…maybe the spring mattress beds are firmer than what we’re used to but wasn’t uncomfortable.

It is located in Shinsekai so you won't have problem finding food. Lots of choice for you to choose. It is a 3 to 5 mins walking distance to Donbutsuen Metro station that linked to Osaka main attractions. Nearby there is a park good for a morning exercise. What I like most is there is a 24hrs self cleaning laundry area where you can wash your clothes before heading home.

They keep giving me fresh towels which I don't need daily. Have informed them yet they still hang outside my room.

Me and my friend stayed here for around 5 nights and we loved the neighborhood! it was so close to multiple train stations so it was easy to get around osaka. plus, we loved the breakfast, though repetitive, our bellies were full and happy nonetheless. The rooms also are big for you know the usual Japan rooms for budget tourists :) staff were all so kind and responsiveness. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

This must be one of the best deals in the south of Osaka. The hotel has only recently opened for business and the place looks and feels still pretty new. It is very centrally located. Two subway lines, JR and Nankai train stations being only a few minutes away on foot. Situated in the middle of Shinsekai, it offers a great experience especially in the evenings when you only need to step outside. The rooms are of an adequate size as are the bathrooms, especially when you compare those with other hotels in the same price range. The breakfast is pretty standard for a middle class hotel in Japan. I'll be back but I am wondering when the room rates will rise....

I hate nescafe in the morning but that is only a minor complaint.

Breakfast was good although some if the dishes were a bit cold, especially the Japanese omelette, could do with food warmers. Great location with easy access to many different eateries, Tennoji zoo and Tsutenkaku tower. The Dotombori district is not too far away on foot and is a great place to explore especially at night.

The surrounding areas have a strong odour of cooking oils and cigarette smoke. Not a hotel issue so might not have any workaround.
