Perfect location: 5-10 minutes walk from the JR Shin-imamiya station (so you can get from the airport by Nankai Airport Express train) or from Dobutsuen-mae subway station (Midosuji Line). There are many (okonomiyaki) restaurants next door and convenience and 100-yen stores. The room was very clean (They clean it fully every 3rd day, but change towels every day according to the eco plan). The breakfast is very tasty, has both Japanese and western options, there were daily variations for warm dishes (we stayed 5 days and the selection was not boring at all). The breakfast room was never overcrowded. Internet was good (I did some work from our room and made Teams calls without any issues). We also used the washing machine (400 yen extra), moreover the room had the bar under the airco to dry small clothes items. There are different amenities to pick up at the reception. Including tea/coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful as usual. The bed was hard enough (as we like it) and pillows were double-sided: with harder and softer sides.

This must be one of the best deals in the south of Osaka. The hotel has only recently opened for business and the place looks and feels still pretty new. It is very centrally located. Two subway lines, JR and Nankai train stations being only a few minutes away on foot. Situated in the middle of Shinsekai, it offers a great experience especially in the evenings when you only need to step outside. The rooms are of an adequate size as are the bathrooms, especially when you compare those with other hotels in the same price range. The breakfast is pretty standard for a middle class hotel in Japan. I'll be back but I am wondering when the room rates will rise....

I hate nescafe in the morning but that is only a minor complaint.

Great recently opened hotel. It is situated in the middle of Shinsekai and still is very quite and comfortable. Room is not large, but has all necessary items. Great variety and quality of amenities, tasty breakfast with examples of local cuisine. Easy access to nightlife districts as well as to train to Nara\ Osaka. I really loved this place.

I would prefer to be able to fully open the window and enjoy the view.

I have been to osaka multiple times, so I like the location as it is less crowded as some very touristy places like namba. The room has a desk and office chair which can be used as a workstation and eating area. The frontdesk were super friendly and helpful.I like their free coffee too.

We tried asking for an extra pillow, and it would cost us 200 per pillow night, which we didn't like.

If the curtains were a bit thicker to totally block light from the rooms, this would be perfect.

The hotel feels like brand new one. Staffs were nice. Greeted us every time going out and coming in. Location is convenient, not far from metro and JR. Many restaurants around open til night.

Not that it’s their false, I might just prefer to stay at a more lively zone next time like Osaka station or Namba.

The place is very clean and great location for sights, Metro. Try the Groovy music bar nearby. The staff are lovely. I enjoyed having a much needed bath too. Washing machine and dryer elate easy to operate and you can pay by mobile phone. Highly recommend.

The thing is that the room is slightly too small.

it's a new property, and this hotel is located at the famous Shinsekai district. Right next to the hotel is a 24hours restaurant (izakaya) which suitable for supper. There are also don don donki nearby for shoppers I will definitely come back again

Expected the hotel size in Japan is small. so nothing to complain!

There are plenty of supplies at the lobby you can choose by yourself. Even have skin tone and other skin care supply. The bathtub is big enough!

The room is too small to open two luggages. We barely have space to move. At lest the bed is big enough though!

location is great, near tsutenkaku area. family mart and train stations nearby. hotel is superb and very clean
