Luxury hotel/resort at an extremely affordable price! All the amenities you could want within the hotel, including laundry machines and services, a free shared bath, convenience store, restaurants, vending machines, free WIFI, universal charging ports, etc. Hotel is brand new and very modern, so all rooms are very clean and comfortable. All signage is in Japanese and English. Located within walking distances to many restaurants and shops and close to main transportation.

Rooms are extremely small - OK for a solo travel with one carry-on size luggage, but will be super tight for two guests, each with one piece of luggage. Bathroom is also very small. Although it is located near major train/subway station (Higashi-Umeda, Umeda, and JR Osaka), the station is very large and complicated so it is easy to get lost. Will take at least ~20 minutes to walk through the station to the actual gate/track. For travelers arriving at these three stations, take exit M13 to put you one block from the hotel.

I booked for Aug 4th to 5th but heard they gonna have fireworks so I booked one more night which is Aug 5th to 6th. Changing room for different bookings is understandable but they asked me to check in again, I have to re-enter my whole info again and I had to wait for a really long time in a long queue. I wish they could just transfer my info from old room to new room and change the key, that would be benefit both for me and for them.

The hotel is walking distance to Osaka station and a fair few department stores. Lots of places to eat at just walk along the side street and you'll end up at busy 'E' street.

Great location. Has all you need for a city trip. Staff very helpful and good level of English.

Beds were very comfortable, lots of towels(I have a teen daughter...),great location, lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby and on-location Lawson is awesome. Subway station entrance is like half a block away, very handy in bad weather and heat wave as it is air conditioned. The subway underground tunnels connect with the main Osaka station to rail lines, very handy if you have the JR pass, and lots of shopping in the pedestrian tunnels similar to Tokyo Station.

Noisy as it is near a highway or over pass and you often hear sirens at night. Bathroom in our room is a step up situation, if you have bad knees it is a bit challenging.

It's close to many restaurants. Onsen is free. There's a Lawson on the 4th floor of the building. I'm quite surprised there are more Japanese guests than foreigners. I think Japanese office workers travel to Osaka and stay at this hotel. Automated check in. I didn't meet any staffs at all since it's all automated. The lifts were quite amazing, it told us which lift was going to pick us up even though it's still at different level, far away from us. hahaha Japanese really live 20 years more advance than us. They clean our room DAILY and STOCK the bathroom supplies daily.

We have to PAY to use the swimming pool.. hahaha... it's my first time knowing a hotel has a PAID swimming pool. My kids were disappointed. We didn't use it since it was quite expensive. I didn't like the neighborhood of the hotel. It's surrounded by nightclubs, it's quite scary taking little kid and a teenager out at night (6-8pm). There were probably more than 10 nightclubs there. Luckily we didn't see drunk Japanese at night.

The onsen was great. Spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and although the room was small everything had its place and was conveniently located. Video on demand was free which was great. The connecting rooms were a bonus with three kids - 2 toilets are a must. The breakfast was excellent.

Check in was automated so a bit of a pain having to type in all the information. Also connecting rooms meant we needed to check in two separate times. They should have just been under one booking. Booking.com has my information so it should have automatically come up on the check in sheet without me having to go in and put in my address etc twice. The elevators at check out time were so slow and congested that we had to wait al most 20 minutes just to get down to the lobby to check out. Long wait for the car to get out of the tower parking next door too. I recommend avoiding the 10:00 rush at check out and the 3pm rush at check in.

It was close from all restaurants, cafes and the station, so it was very easy to move around. The room was clean and staff was helpful. My wife and I really liked the toiletries that the hotel provided.

Although the room was comfortable, it was very small. Although we could store our luggage under the bed, we still struggle to find a space in the room. The auto check-in was ok, but some machines failed to scan our passport, which delayed our check-in process. Some people seemed to have same or similar issues with auto-check-in, which caused the reception lobby to be super crowded. As the lobby was small, it was a bit stressful for us to move around with our luggage in the check-in process.

The location is fantastic, the room has everything you could need, but is small, typical of Japanese hotels, feels like you're on a cruise ship cabin, even the bathroom is the size of a cruise ship type bathroom. The Laundry facility is great, along with the Lawson convenience store on the property.

Although the property has a rooftop pool, and our kids was excited to use it when we arrived, we didn't realize that you need to pay to use it, not sure if this is typical of Japanese hotels. The price isn't cheap either, it's 2000 yen/person/hour to use the roof top pool. That's a little steep price to use such a small pool.
