Dormy Inn always meets my expectation. It serves excellent breakfast with plenty of choices, complimentary coffee, ice cream and late night noodles et cetera. It has a high standard in cleanliness too. It is conveniently located in the shopping area. Parking was not a problem.

Because of his popularity among travellers, the breakfast restaurant was always loaded with long queues. I was surprised when I went down to the restaurant very early at 7 o’clock in the morning, I had to wait for almost half an hour to get into breakfast. I am almost certain that this situation happens every day. However, the Hotel continues to let this happen without thinking of any better solution to solve the problem.

Location is perfect, right where Tanujikoji Shopping Street and underground mall are located. Also near Mall, Odori Park and Sapporo TV tower. You can walk to anywhere from this location. Airport bus terminal is less than a 5-minute walk away, across Hotel Abest. Take note though that this is the 4th or 5th airport bus stop, lots of vacant seats but will have many stops before heading to the airport. If you are pressed for time, go to airport bus stop that goes direct to the airport - either in Odori or Susukino. There's free coffee, ramen and ice pops. Public bath was also interesting, but we were not able to try. Massage chair in the lounge was so good. Use of washing machine is free, while dryer is 100Y per 30 min cycle. A day's laundry for a family of 4 took 4 cycles (2 hours) to dry.

The rooms could be bigger. There were too many doors. Quite tight if you have many luggages.

Nice breakfast with enough varieties to keep me eating for 2 days. Nice public bath area as I don’t feel crowded like the other 1 I stayed nearby. Easy parking lot arrangement, just tell the staff how many days u stay and they will reserve the lot for u, with upfront payment.

The room is too small, I’ve 2 adults and 2 kids, the room comes with extra bed but there’s no space to open the 2 big luggage we brought.

Brilliant location, great breakfast and very responsive staff. Our first room was near a smoking room and it smelt. We were upgraded to a much better room which we appreciated. The staff were very kind allowing us space to assemble our bikes in the hotel parking area; we were there for hours. I appreciated the hotel staff as they go out of their way to help. Highly recommend Dormy Inn Premium Sapporo.

The women's onsen is a bit small.

location is excellent with covered walkway from the train station. Lots of shops & eateries nearby. Breakfast consists of tasty local dishes, refill is quick. The noodle served as night snack is really good.

breakfast served upto 9:30 and doors are closed. will appreciate if food counter closed at 9:30 and we can sit a bit longer, just like the other branches of Dormy Inn.

This hotel in Sapporo is a fine place to stay. Very well located in a covered mall, it provides all the accessories and amenities you would wish for. The room is great, and I love having access to the all night public baths. Lots of additional services are provided such as evening ramen meal, healthy drinks, ice pops, and coffee, all provided free. The staff are always helpful, and there is a nice atmosphere about the place. The breakfast offers a wonderful array of diverse choice.

The spa was absolutely fantastic, couldn't recommend it more with complimentary snacks and drinks and food coming at me from every angle my heart was happy. The beds were comfy, everything extremely clean, staff very kind and ready to help with everything.

The room was slightly cramped, didn't bother me as I was travelling solo however if I was with another person this could have become a possible issue in particular if you had lots of luggage.

The location is very good. You can easily walk to important places. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service staff are very friendly and friendly. and good Wi-Fi. I recommend everyone to stay here.

Breakfast Night shopping along the street infront of hotel

Morning restaurant has que number but staff only announce in Japanese. A guest next to me,asked me to check whether they announced my Que or not. Please provide Plain Yogurts,no sugar added. Onsen is the opposite building but I chose room with Bath Tub instead.

Facilities was super clean. Breakfast was super. Public bath hit the spot. Free popsicles were available outside the public bath. Location, close to underground passageway, train station.

Only thing that was an inconvenience was I needed to mail a small package and they refused. It was postage prepaid and the whole bit. All they had to was included it in their daily mail. All other hotels that I requested the service had no problem. They claim could not call taxi, due to winter issues. Thanks for UBER.
