We stayed for Christmas and it was definitely the right choice. A beautifully designed hotel, with attentive staff, and the most comfortable beds we had on our stay. Would definitely recommend this property to other guests looking for a luxe but 'trendy' stay in Sapporo. We also enjoyed the Christmas buffet, and were thrilled to meet the manager and have some surprise entertainment. 10/10!

The location is a little bit far from the station, and other attractions in Sapporo City, but this didn't bother us too much as we like to walk, but keep this in mind if the weather is bad. Truthfully, the other guests were the worst part of the stay. It definitely attracts an entitled crowd, especially around the holidays, some people find it hard to have fun and be kind to staff..

Hotel is quite nice and staff is excellent, very good English speakers. Location a bit out of the way and the free parking is limited to basically 4 spaces which seemed to always be occupied which made us have to use paid parking which was a little less convenient. Hotel amenities are very nice and staff is extremely accommodating to our needs.

The countertop space in the bathroom was very limited and the lighting was not the best either. However, there was a large full length mirror just outside the bathroom which we were able to take advantage of instead.

The room is luxury and spacious. Very clean and comfortable.

Our room door does not close and lock automatically. It needs us to give it a push/pull or it will leave it unopen and anyone can enter which can be a bit unsafe. It was not noticeable, so we had our room unlocked for the first night. Location wise is not bad as we have a rental car, but the parking was the most expensive out of all other 8 hotels we stayed in Japan during this month-long holiday. Also, for the price it charges, it's pity they don't have a public bath/ onsen.

Loved the design of the hotel and room, amenities were of quality and so were the service of the hotel staff. We stayed as a family of 3 during the Xmas period- the extra effort that the hotel staff went to make our stay a comfortable one was commendable. We had a welcome drink, welcome gift (for my son), assistance on any other queries were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. I would definitely recommend to other visitors coming to Sapporo and hope to return at some point.

Perfect rooms, amazing staff. Lovely decor. Really a wonderful place to stay with exceptional customer service. All the team were fabulously professional, experienced and well trained. The breakfast was lovely too and the bar area stunning with a lovely fire pit.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Maybe the bar to be open a little later. Be cautious if you don’t like to walk to far as the nearest tube is 7/8 min walk away. Perfect for us. But not for everyone.

Our international flight was delayed for five hours, which made us unable to take the late night flight from Tokyo to Sapporo. We needed to cancel the first night of booking, which was paid. Fortunately, the hotel understood the circumstance and altered the booking for us without any charge. Very impressive. The vibes of the hotel was good. The staffs were eager to help out.

Newly renovated, good room size, helpful concierge

Layout of the room is good but not properly furnished. For example the sofa is too big. I would rather having a desk / dresser than a sofa of this size. The bathroom countertop is too small and there is so much unused space in the bathroom

Truly a 5 star hotel; facilities and service were amazing! Concierge desk was so helpful and got our luggage forwarding to the airport all arranged for us. Staff were always available, almost overly so when walking through the lobby haha. Room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

Excellent, almost boutique, hotel. Chic and cosy interieur. Excellent staff, very helpfull and good. Breakfast good. At the moment no restaurant for lunch or dinner. Center city is 10-15 min walk (12 min to the TV tower landmark building).

No minbar in the room. Some items can be bought at the reception. For the rest nothing else bad to mention.
