Very clean. Best showers of any hostel- like a well rated hotel shower stall. Quiet- bed capsules are only for sleeping- all bags and showers are in other locker areas.

Although it is not clearly stated on the website, everyone must clear out of and leave the sleeping capsule 10am-2pm, also showers can’t be used during that time. The only place to go is the top floor ‘lounge’ which is a bunch of work desks, no sofas, no water/food, no tv- just work tables.

Good location. Price is reasonable. Easy check in and check out. facilities are clean. Fresh towels are always provided. Even though it’s a shared space you will still get enough privacy.

No airconditioning in the capsule. The electrical socket is not working in the capsule. only USB ports are available which is not compatible to iphone/apple products, so I have to charge my devices at the common area. Because there’s a lot of people it takes a while to wait for an available shower room and counter sink. there’s also not enough space to pack and arrange luggage.

*Good location as can reach within 5 mins from MRT by walking. *Every floor have 2 toilets, even though the shower room only have 3 but so far ok, no need to wait for shower. *Can bring the food to go to the Lounge located at the highest floor for eat and there r vending machine there. * The toilet, shower room and capsule are clean. * The environment not bad, all are quite and all the girls follow the rules.

*The Type C charger inside the capsule unable to use, so, endup I have to charge my electrical device at the end of the corrider there.... # I got call to the front desk by using the landlines but they r busy and received the call late, they informed me to go 1st floor but when I reached there, they r busy with the check in, so decided to charge at the plug located the end of corridor there.... #Inside the capsule only have 3 charging point, 1 is USB, 1 is Type C and 1 is IPhone. *Better return to Hotel by 9pm as a lot of drunken at the vicinity. *Nvr provide the water dispenser. * The pillow are tough, auite hard to sleep.

The hotel comes with pajamas, towels, slippers, and toothbrush set. The sink area has paper towels and tissues, which is rare in a place like this. The staff clean the place throughout the day, making it always clean. It’s about 10min. walk from Shinjiku station, which is really nice. The hotel is located in a place where there are bars and clubs around, but I didn’t feel nervous walking back to the hotel at night.

The bed is pretty hard, so if you have a back problem it might be hard to sleep well. Because it is a capsule hotel the air doesn’t really reach the bed once you close the curtain. I’d recommend to bring a small fan if you are the type who gets hot easily. But comfortable enough nevertheless. The locker area gets pretty busy in the morning so be patient. There’s only one elevator so you gotta be patient about that too.

It was very clean and I appreciate the daily amenities and cleaning of everything. The lockers for luggage were generous, and the lounge was cozy. Even though I had come from a week holiday overseas and stayed a week in Japan, everything was still comfy and was great for the week stay! I didn't get tired of a capsule hostel at all for the week, glad I didn't spend extra money on a hotel. The location is amazing too, at first you get a surprise because it's right in nichome (gay district) which I didn't realise at first, but the vibes were friendly and fun and there was always someone around so it felt quite safe. It's nice to see such a vibrant and varied community! It was also super close to convenient stores with one just downstairs the hostel and 3 more about 2min walk away, another 3-5 to various Shinjuku-sanchome station entrances and the malls and shops about 10min walk away!

The capsule would sometimes get stuffy and overheated especially when the heating was on too long/high. There was no fan or AC you could manually adjust to confirm the temperature. I went in autumn so i made do with sleeping without the blankets, but I can't imagine how it would be in warmer seasons! Please consider installing small fans in the capsule unit or something for ppl to cool down with.

Very convenient and extremely affordable if you're looking to save some money in accomodation. It was very safe, clean and overall a nice choice for a single traveller as myself. The capsule was very spacious also.

It's just something to keep in mind with capsule hotels: bathrooms and other commodities such as power outlets require a different logistic. Just had one USB charger in the pod so I had to recharge cameras and laptop in the main room at night while staying there keeping up with friends and family. They have a bathroom per floor and showers /lockers only downstairs, so you have to share everything and keep in mind to avoid busy hours. It's a bit of a hassle but if the goal is saving money while doing it with safety and convenience, it's worth it!

Everything was impeccable, the amenities were great and the location was incredibly convenient. It is near Shinjuku station and there are lots of bars and convenient stores around.

Staff wasn't as helpful, there wasn't an area where I could talk on the phone without being bothered and they force you to wake up from 9:30am for check out even if it's not your check out day. That can be really annoying if you go out at night and want to rest the next day. Also, you can't turn off the lights in the room, you just have to close the curtain in the capsule but it's not enough.

It was really clean and the location is very good. Very near to subway stations.

If you opt for the free breakfast just be aware that it’s not in the hostel itself. It’s with a cafe that’s about 10 minutes walking distance.

I enjoyed the capsule stays I had in Japan. They were cosy yet spacious. The staff were helpful when called on, this is a self check in. It was handy to the train station, shops, sightseeing, bars, cafes. Great area everyone, LGBTQA friendly area. Safe to wander around neighbourhood.

The locker situation is a bit crowded, and full on when everyone is there trying to pack/ unpack or get in and out of lockers. I took my bag up to the lounge to finish packing. Not everyone is patient or has time to wait. The other thing to know. If you are staying consecutive nights you have to vacate your capsule during the day I think 10-3pm, but there is a lounge and you keep your same locker ( and bed), it says this in the booking notes. It didn’t bother me as I was out all day anyway.

I recently stayed at a capsule hotel in Shinjuku and had a positive experience overall. The location is ideal, just a 10-15 minute walk to the center of Shinjuku or the west side. The capsule itself was comfortable enough for sleep, with a firm mattress and pillow, though earplugs are essential due to the thin walls and noise from neighboring capsules. There are plenty of showers available, but the number of toilets (only two per floor) could be improved. It's best to avoid peak times, especially after 9 am, to have a smoother experience getting ready.

The only downside of my stay at this hotel was the single small lift serving the entire building, which made it quite inconvenient during busy times. I really wish there had been the option to use the stairs instead. Other than that, the hotel was comfortable, but the lift situation was a frustrating experience.
