Great location, lots eatery and shoppings around the hotel… just a 10mins walk from JR Shinjuku Station, or 5 mins walk from Shinjuku Sanchome Station (if using this station, use Exit C4 as this have an escalator for those with luggages and near to hotel)… You can take Airport Bus or Narita Express Train from JR Shinjuku Station/Bus Station to get to Narita or Haneda Airports (info easily available/provided by the hotel staffs during check in). The hotel location have a lots trains/metro that can easily get to other places of interest… For those that are tired from all the touring and shopping, highly recommended to go try the Thermae Yu Onsen Spa which is just a 8mins walk away from the hotel to rejuvenate and recharge yourself…

The hotel was a stone’s throw away from the C3 and C4 exits of Shinjuku-Sanchome station. There are numerous food options along the streets and lanes in the vicinity of the hotel. A Family Mart 24hr convenience store is just opposite the hotel. There is also a shopping mall opposite the main road which has a nice store selling toys and collectibles. The room is clean, staff are helpful and courteous and the stay even comes with breakfast served in an adjacent bar from 7-9:30am. I love having that washing machine/dryer in the room. I do my laundry before going to bed and the washing to drying cycle is about three hours. When I wake up, the laundry is done. Pack less clothes and leave your luggage for more souvenirs and shopping goods. Two thumbs up.

The location of this hotel was prime! Very close to shinjuku station and local metro lines. The breakfast gave you a variety of option to fill you up. Rooms here are larger than you would find in other tokyo hotels but they ate still on the small side.

I know its Tokyo and real estate is hard to come by but yes the room was smaller than I would like. Had I been alone the space would have been fine for two people it was very cramped.

The location was very good, close to the subway and restaurants and convenience stores. Loved having a washer/drier in the room, that was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was in the restaurant next door and it was very tasty and at a fair price. My parents had breakfast there just about everyday. The staff was helpful and friendly, assisting us with our baggage transfer to our next destination. We had 5 rooms and they were able to accommodate our request to be in close proximity. Lots of shopping nearby.

It was a bit in the pricier side but I think because of the location.

Location is great ! really close to Shinjuko main area, near the hotels there are many food places, bars , shops and it is very easy and safe to get around. Rooms are typical for Japan (small) but we were ready for that and booked according. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and had nice veriety: both western and Janapese. Lobby team is really helpful ! anything we asked had a quick answer and they take care. My son safe was stuck and the lobby representative came right away with all the tools and fixed it. Thanks ! Coffee machine and small items near elevator is a nice helpful plus. Cleaning is happening every few days , but in between there is an option for "change over" of towels, trash etc. This was really nice for us as we prefer it that way.

Nothing , all good. Small item, not affecting our stay : During breakfast : Well cooked eggs would be nice. Half baked eggs are less attractive for some people due to eggs risk.

Amazing location— easy to get around from there. So many places to eat just around the hotel. Breakfast had lots of different choices. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Amenities bar in front of the elevator.

Staff was amazing, spoke english really well. The rooms were clean and odor free. Built in washer and dryer available for some rooms if you reserved them. Many restaurants within seconds outside. No views outside bedroom window (not required). The nightlife could be a little loud if you have a room next to the restaurant

The location was incredible! It was about a 30 second walk away from a Shinjuku-sanchome station entrance (which had a lot of the main non-JR lines) and about a 6 minute walk from a Shinjuku (JR) station entrance. The hotel is also right in the middle of a precinct of restaurants with a lot of izakayas and Italian restaurants, and a very short walk away from main shopping areas.

The lack of cleaning services and the small size of the room were the main cons. If anything other than towel changing and bin emptying is needed, it's an extra cost for those staying less than 7 nights. This wasn't an issue for my solo-person 3 night stay, but I imagine in longer stays for couples, the small room could get dirty well before the 7 night mark.
