Stellar location near Shibuya station and the scramble crossing although it was under construction during my visit. Great value given the location; close to public transportation, food, and shopping. There was also a Family Mart on the way to/from the hotel to Shibuya Station. The check in was super easy and self-serve at a kiosk. Front Desk staff is ready for any questions or to assist with checkin, and they were super helpful with ordering us a taxi on our departure date. The pizza place in the lobby was surprisingly good, and you get 10% off if you show your hotel stay receipt.

Rooms are small, but to be expected in Japan (especially in this prime location). Wish there was more shelf space and space to hang clothes/put away suitcases (like under the bed or something). It was a squeeze with just 2 people.

Honestly have very little to fault about this place. Our stay was great, we decided for our last hotel of the trip that we’d spent a little bit more and so we picked this hotel. I can’t recommend it more. The lobby, bar, and restaurant were very modern and the laid back nature of the staff instantly made us feel comfortable. Our room was amazing, although somewhat small, it is perfectly laid out for it’s functionality. The bed was soooo comfortable and the window behind it had a view of the Scramble Square Tower. The bathroom was very clean and I loved the shower. As this was the last leg of our trip we decided to relax a little more so having a tv that you could log into your own Netflix account on was amazing as we curled up for the night and binged watched a tv show. There was also a kettle and teabags they had provided which was nice. The location is fantastic, everything fun to do in Shibuya is literally a 5 min walk from this hotel. Extremely close to Shibuya station which made it easy to lug our baggage to and from. Honestly for the extra bit of money this room was so worth it!

Nothing I didn’t like… maybe just that the mini fridge was only designed to fit 3 bottles in it.

My 2nd stay this year. Corner King room which is larger and reasonable size. Rooms are small here. Rooms are comfortable with most things you need. Shower is large and excellent. Decor is ikea modern chic style. Check in and out is automated and all the staff speak some English and are helpful. Location is pretty good but it is a fair hike to shibuya station if hot or raining. Location is a shoppers paradise if that’s your goal. Restaurant attached to the hotel does quality western Italian style food. Breakfast can be bacon and eggs with cheese and salad. Food is good and fresh but on the pricey side. Also the restaurant is popular with locals who book well ahead so walk up tables are non existent on most nights.

Small rooms for the price. Fridge in room is ridiculous. Small and noisey and barely works. Okay to keep a few cans cold during day. Need to turn off fridge as it’s too loud and annoying.

The location was great, only a short stroll to Shibuya crossing and lots of choices for shopping and dining. We highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike

The location was excellent really close to everything in Shibuya and easy to get from the station from Narita airport It’s a really comfy place even though the room was small (I expected this) it had everything I need and shower was spacious with nice toiletries. It was also really quiet. Breakfast was good and also the pizza in the evening . In the room I liked how they provided a little table and cushion to sit so not on the bed if on a laptop.

The central part of the hotel was open from top to bottom so a bit chilly in the hallways. The room was warm though. Only other tiny thing was there is a wooden frame around the bed which I kept forgetting about. Would be tight with two people in that room

This place is epic! It is located to some of Tokyo's mayor attractions and train stations. And yes, we are not just saying that.. walk in any direction for 10 minutes and be amazed! Best location ever! Very vibey down stairs at restaurant and bar. But room quiet and calm, no noise or disturbance. Best food and great beer downstairs. Their service is impeccable and they have an ice machine, washing room for dirty laundry and iron (this was extremely handy). They provided us with a fan for the heat outside along with some delicious cotton candy for free. Close to exciting rooftop park with excellent restaurants and bars. Stunning views and photography spots all around. Beautiful streets and 24 hours convenient stores for lovely midnight ice cream and snacks. Beautiful size shower in our room with lovely water pressure 😁 and amazing shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Honestly, we had a blast and we are extremely sad to check out tomorrow. Best location ever! Thank you guys for a visit of a lifetime!

Everything 😍, this was a wonderful hotel.

I've stayed here twice. I stay 3 weeks this time. It's a perfect location for me. Very central. Close to lots of different places I like to frequent as well as super easy transportation with 8 different train lines coming into Shibuya. The rooms are small but I'm used to that. Many many Japanese hotels have small rooms by western standards. These rooms are "just right" for me. I also kind of dig the minimal modern design. I've never eaten downstairs given there's so many places to eat in Tokyo but it's nice the 2nd floor restaurant exists and the bar/lounge on the first floor seems like it would be a nice place to hang out. I've always had other things to do so I haven't had a chance to use either of them.

So far I have nothing bad to say about this place.

The rooms were compact and had the essentials we needed. There was a service floor at the 8th were we could have water refills, ice, have our laundry done and had a small vending machine with Belgian and Danish drinks. The breakfast had limited choices but the Open Face Sandwich choice was great. I don’t mind eating it everyday. There were malls just across the street and Shibuya crossing was approx 700 meters away.

The rooms were a bit compact, we had 2 big luggage and 2 carry on. We had to store 1 carry on inside the bathroom so that we can have a bit space to walk around. The location of the hotel had a bit of up slope which made it difficult for our senior citizen companion to walk to.

Even though the room was very small, it was sufficient for our family, equipped with all the essentials. The location is perfect—very convenient to eating places, shopping areas, and also the train and bus stations. The check-in and check-out processes were quite simple and fast.

The only thing we didn’t like about this place is the cafe on the 2nd floor. The food was good (but extremely pricey compared to other places within walking distance), but the staff were not very kind. During our 6-day stay, we used the cafe many times for breakfast, lunch, and some evening drinks, and there was always an issue with the staff.
