I enjoyed my room, even though it was tiny, it was very comfortable. loved the bed. great bathroom, shower had excellent pressure. loved the option of opening a window. Lovely fresh towels each day. Really helpful staff. loved the funky glass bathroom.

Location was noisy.. not really the fault of the hotel, there was a building construction opposite. Lobby and lift was a bit scuffed there and there but on the whole it didn’t bother me that much.

The location couldn't be any better - it's across the street from the Shibuya station, so getting anywhere in town was just a quick walk over the escalator. I regularly walked the neighborhood in the early mornings due to jetlag and was completely safe the entire time. Nearby 7-11s were my best friend, though I did enjoy the free espresso in the lobby before heading out. The rooms are small compared to those in the USA but normal for the area. Booking required that we have 2 rooms for our family of 4 (normally in the USA we would get 1 room and kids would sleep on the ground, but there was not a lot of ground). The rooms were clean, cleaned regularly, and met our needs. There were 2 elevators that were fast. There was no breakfast - Americans in the hotel picked up food at 7-11.

rooms and bathroom were clean. staff were friendly. there is a small space downstairs with a coffee machine but it always seems to need refilling.

be quick when getting into the lifts as the doors close on you super fast. the japanese like to be efficient :)

Great location near Shibuya station. Clean room, comfortable bed. Two pillows. In-room refrigerator and (small) safe. Air cleaner provided.

Slightly difficult to find for first time visitors. Small but typical room for Japan single. A/C was locked on Heat so the room was too warm, and the window did not open. Only one bath towel + hand towel provided in room. Only 2 electrical outlets so it was difficult to plug everything in to charge.

Location was within walking distance to all tourist attractions, free coffee, nice cleaning staff, powerful shower

We landed at 05.35am, I had requested early check in which wasn’t answered on booking.com from our home country. On arrival, we were exhausted in 35degree humidity and by 12noon, we were waiting in the lobby to see if we could check in earlier but was told we would have to pay extra. Not very good service considering they could see us sleeping in the lobby until the official check in time of 2pm. Would have been nice if they had used a bit of initiative to go the extra mile for customers.

Excellent location just around the corner from Sakura Dori where the trees were in full bloom for our visit. The train station is around five to ten mins walk away, so only another couple of steps until you're in the heart of Shibuya. Shopping, dining and bars are all easily walkable from the hotel door.

The layout of the room was a little strange with a table and chairs where there wasn't room to get around them comfortably. This made the room feel small and cut off the ability to walk around both sides of the bed.

The location is perfect, just a quick walk from Shibuya Scramble but on a quiet street. It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s a very nice condition and gives off that urban Tokyo cyber punk vibe. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Definitely wouldn’t mind staying there again. I especially loved the glass shower walls in the room.

The room was rather small and the property need a little renovating.

Vers nice and professional people. English speakers. Good location at Shibuya. Housekeeping done everyday. Free cofee machine available. For example, when we arrive with a lot of luggages, one of the hotel agent came with us to our room for help.

Some tables are available in the hall, near the coffee machine, however, a lot af empty boxes were not stored properly (very minor issue).

Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Shibuya station, making it easy to travel around the city. In spring, it's one street away from the Sakuragaodori street. Staff were great and friendly, helpful in keeping my stuff before check in and after check out. I even had my luggage delivered to them two days in advance for safekeeping.

Room was small until i couldn't open my suitcase full but it's small issue. Small rooms are expected in Japan.

Right there in Shibuya, pretty close to all the major attractions. Some excellent food in the area. Comfy beds and pillows. Really supportive staff, they helped us send suitcases to our next destination.

The room got way too hot, we had to call to get the window opened. There is a lot of construction at the train station right now, so it can be a bit loud at all hours. It also makes getting around Shibuya way more inconvenient than normal.
