The room is pretty small, but it is comfortable for solo travelers with medium size luggage (it will be a bit difficult for big baggage). The facilities are good, and if you put the 'do not clean' sign outside, the hotel will leave a bag with all the replacement utilities (which is a big plus for me). The staff are helpful and speak sufficient English to aid me with the procedures. Overall a superb hotel for solo travelers.

I don't know if it's just me, but the faucet seems a bit hard to use. I could not control the water's strength and it was gushing out.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from Ningyocho/Suitengumae station with many eateries, several konbini and a supermarket nearby. Room was compact as expected but just nice for a solo 5ft female like me. Got a double bed even though it was a single room. They kept my luggage before check-in time. Water pressure in the shower was nice.

Pillows weren't the best. One night, the aircond suddenly switched to heating and it got really warm and I didn't know how to change it back to cooling. There was no cups in the cup dispenser for the ice machine so I had to bring a cup from my room. Not enough room unless you travel light. I brought a small bagpack and a carry-on and that basically took up the space.

Nearby an underground station and a well-equipped, clean room.

The cleaning personnel was extremely annoying. When I once I told them I were still in my room they kept asking when exactly they should come back for cleaning. But the worst was one morning, when the hotel staff called me via telephone while I was still sleaping and asking me when I wish cleaning, since I hang this "today no cleaning please"-sign on my door. Why do they use this sign if they then ask you when you'd wish cleaning?

The hotel is near Ningyocho metro station and it was easy to travel to different areas of Tokyo. You can also walk easily to Akihabara if you are not afraid of a 1,2 km walk. Staff speaks very good English. It was possible to leave our luggage at the hotel before check in and after check-out. Room is small but clean. Hotel is good and staff is nice and helpfull.

The shower was little bit hard to use because the water pressure couldn't be adjusted.

Despite the fact that we didn’t need cleaning and hang the note on the door, the reception called at 11am to ask whether we needed that. And then the cleaning lady knocked the door to make sure we didn’t need the cleaning that day.

The property is so close to the train station which has trains going straight to Narita Airport and Haneda Airport. Booked on the same night after leaving the horrible hotel that we originally booked. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was located nearby 2 metro stations that were connected to inner and outer Tokyo. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Not a dislike, just a suggestion. To have a smoking room at the lobby for smokers who are staying with non-smoking friends in a non-smoking room.

The staff were very helpful and happily held our luggage after checkout while we were caught up. Foreign movies were a fantastic addition

The amenities provided are sufficient. The room itself too is perfect for 1 person, the definition of compact. The desk too, provided the space of the room, was spacious enough for writing, with my laptop beside. The toilet/bath by far is the best I ever used, having a spacious bathtub. Television just in front of the bed gives comfy before-sleep shows.

The mattress was really soft or maybe I am just too used to futons. Every night I sank into the bed and couldn't seem to sleep past 7am and light sleeps throughout, even though I slept really late at 2-3am. Honestly, I would do better with a better pillow.

All the goods you need for a night , an iron in case of you need a shirt for a meeting , it was pretty calm and 10mins walk from my meeting and just near convenient stores and metro ( direct access to Haneda Airport )
