Great, authentic, and non-touristy location. A bunch of shops and restaurants. Easy to get to the airport on the direct line.

NO LAUNDRY at the hotel. Also, be aware that breakfast is not served at the hotel. Rather you need to walk a few minutes to a cafe near the subway station where you can select 1 of 4 simple breakfast meals (i.e. ham and cheese sandwich and coffee). I actually enjoyed having my breakfast outside and people-watching to start my day

Rooms are well equipped with toiletries, hangers and hooks making the space feel larger. Beds are comfortable but pillows not so much, I should have asked if they had a different style but I didn't. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations, I recommend staying there. They allow you to leave your luggage before check-in.

The pillows are not the greatest. There was a pillow with a sponge like net, which I did not adapt to, and the other one had some beads inside, quite odd. AC centrally controlled, so we could not change it to match our preference. Luckily, it's wintertime, and I simply opened the window to cool down the room for a bit.

For tourists out exploring all day who prefer a hearty breakfast, one toast is simply not enough.

The size of an APA hotel room was to be expected, as it is mostly for business travelers. However, the double bed room we stayed at was comfortably sized and the layout of the room was cleverly designed. Clean towels and amenities were also prepared every day. On top of being in central Tokyo, the location was near several train stations but remained quiet during the day and night.

The hotel does not have any laundry machines or dryers in the building. The closest coin laundry is roughly a 10min walk away. The rooms could also use a bit more soundproofing as we were able to hear people walk by our room.

Great location in a quiet district in the vicinity of several stations from which you can get everywhere very comfortably. Helpful staff, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities in the room.

The staff misinformed me about what day I should bring my baggage to them for it to be sent to the airport in time. That might be a language misunderstanding, and anyway I could leave everything in the hotel after check out for several hours no problem. The pillows were maybe the most uncomfortable we've had during the trip, my back started to hurt after a couple of nights.

I had a great experience at this hotel. It is located in a convenient location near various subway lines, convenience stores, and good places to have dinner. The staff was friendly, and I received fresh towels and pajamas every day. I really enjoyed the array of amenities the hotel provides—it had everything and more! Although this APA hotel does not offer its own breakfast, I had a good breakfast at a nearby cafe where breakfast is served. What's most important, and a killer feature for me, is the bath in the room, which I enjoyed every evening.

After coming from Thailand this place was just a clean joy. Location was perfect; with a train station just 5 minutes away as well as a lot of shops and restaurants a stones throw away. There was a park and splash pool seconds from the hotel. The amount of amenities provided in the room was amazing; after my bath in the miniature bath, I genuinely felt like I had had a spa experience. We are disappointed not to be staying there again on our return to Tokyo!

Convenient location, less than a 10min walk from the station. Lots of restaurants nearby and lots of variety too. That said, the area is nice and quiet so you can get a quiet night's sleep. The hotel staff are really friendly and the place is clean.

Bag of linen dropped by daily which was unnecessary but rubbish that did accumulate was not removed from room every 3 days as stated. Needed rubbish removed daily not new linen. Bins very small. Had to ask desk staff to remove rubbish.

Good location. Easy to find and everything in walkable distance. Detailed usage instructions for everything in the room, also live updated schedule for cleaning via TV.

A little bit too much dust in the room. Police and firefighters station is nearby and sound might be disturbing.
