Amazingly helpful staff. We called to ask if it was OK to come early and store our bags, and arrived at 11AM to find that they had rushed to clean our rooms to allow us to check in early. Each room was part of the experience - it felt very cool to stay in a work of art.

The room was as cool as the pictures portrayed, and it also has the comfort of a good sized bathroom. The staff were super nice and professional. I needed help sending a package, and the staff helped me send it. I also lost my wifi-device while my taxi was approaching, the lady working there at the time came to help me look for it. I didn't have the chance to properly thank both members of the team for their help, and I would like to say it here.

The front door was broken when I was there but they were fixing it. It really did not bother me, but this review is making me write a sentence.

Overall, it was a nice stay and definitely original. The staff really nice and we liked the concept of the hotel and its relation with local artists.

As read in other reviews, some rooms may have some practical issues due to the original design. The room with a column for example, the column is right in the middle of the room and also quite big. I did two separate bookings because I want to extend my stay for one night, and add my partner. I asked if it was possible still to be in the same room for all three nights, however even if when requested there were rooms available in booking, we did the check out after the first night and checked in for the other two in another room. It would be much appreciated to accommodate the request and make it easier.

Stayed at the Hardcore game room and it was amazing! I wanted a unique stay in Tokyo and that's what I got. The room was big (specially for japanese standards), it had comfortable beds and great amenities.

I love the hotel but 2 things that I can point as downsides: - services are pricey compared to what you pay outside or at other hotels, such as the restaurant/bar and laundry. - location is not the greatest. there is not much to do around. There are many close by metro/JR stations but some are up to a 12 minutes walk (which is a lot compared with more tourist/crowded areas and when you arrive tired at night)

Can’t say enough good things about this stay. Fabulous staff who went above and beyond. Great food, facilities. The art concept of the rooms are inspired and so much fun to stay in. The entire property is really creative and inspiring. Comfortable beds, awesome bathroom and good value for money. Even though it located in a quieter area of Tokyo it’s only a short walk from the subway. So glad we chose to stay at BnA wall for our final night in Japan.

A little further away from the action of Tokyo yet close to train stations so not really a problem. A peaceful place to escape to after the full on action of busier parts of Tokyo.

We stayed in the hyo-bo room, it's a very cool room in an artsy hotel with an overall great vibe, part of earnings go to the artists. Staff was really great. Great selection of craft beers in the bar. Really tasty breakfast (although not so many options).

Due to construction of the iglo-structure around the bed in this room you have to duck to get in and out of bed. For very tall or people with back problems it's better to choose a different room. And the location of the hotel is in the business district so it takes a few minutes to walk to the metro.

Staff were amazing and helpful throughout my stay. There was an issue with my room that they told me at the beginning and changing rooms was a breeze. Recommendations around the area and calling a cab for was quick and easy from the staff. Particularly when translation was needed from the taxi driver.

Not a negative but slight inattentiveness. I was caught in the rain and clearly soaked through. Was asking for a towel to dry off before heading to my room. The male staff seemed confused as why I would need a towel and asked for verification of my stay before seeking out a towel.

One of the best hotel experience I have had in my life! BnA is changing the game of Japanese hospitality and the staff dabbles in art as well and has offered me a lot of inspiration for my work. Every room has a different concept and it brought out a different version of me. Urban nest- offered an escape from the hustle bustle of the city. The industrial style reminded me of the Netflix show DARK. The nuclear bunker vibe allowed me to have social rest and cleared me of distractions. Playwall- Taylor swift/Ernest Hemmingway cottagecore vibe. In this room, I read a lot of literature, sung songs of love and played with the colourful chess on the table. This room allowed me to have creative rest. Room with a column- light, pastel colours that comforted my soul. This room allowed me to have spiritual rest and reminded me of a beautiful hospital in Barcelona that was design in art noveau style. Framed Function- The monochrome style allowed me to have sensory rest and freed me of distractions. I love how you can detach the pillows from the wall shelf and I had lots of fun playing and resting. Hyobo- Major winter vibes with a beautiful igloo and icy mountain designs. I felt like I was experiencing hibernation while sleeping inside the igloo. This allowed me to have Mental/physical rest. Room with a pink carpet- This room has soft and comfortable carpet and my feet totally loved it. I loved touching the sleek marble table as well. The soft and pastel pink colour made me more cheerful and allowed me to have emotional rest. Visible ambience- Ghost in the shell/Matrix vibes. In this room, I experienced a sense of existentialism in a good way and learned about how to connect the concepts of art and science. There is a microscope in this room that you can view and scrutinise various materials that the Art group Konel has used. There is a moving screen attached on the ceiling and I stared at it for quite awhile and had some thought provoking moments.

This is a very young hotel with a lot of potential for growth! It would be great if these things can be added. 1. Trash can in the lounge. 2. chair for the shower room 3. Coffee 4. Distilled water machine 5. Extra pillows for single rooms. Thank you!

Fantastic. Very clean, artistic space. Loved all the little details in the room. Definitely had a great vibe while being modern and had all the required amenities. Perfect for a solo traveller. A few minutes walk from train station and midtown Tokyo, so was very convenient. Staff were excellent, from reception to bar and cafe staff. The barista on Monday was excellent 🥰

Nothing. Loved everything about it. It didn't feel too gentrified. It was in a good part of town which I loved and I felt very safe there :)

The staff here is amazing, and it is one of the best I've encountered. They are friendly, relaxed and cool. 1000% love this. And I wasn't the nicest or the easiest guest to have, cause the rooms were a challenge for me, the first one at least. Not that it wasn't gorgeous, but it was a bit too much for me. And they did the most amazing thing, they moved me for 5 nights in different rooms so I could avoid this one. I ended up in it anyway by last night, but until then I was used to the idea.
