Amazing breakfast at the Nihonbashi Asada restaurant. Offers a buffet breakfast with western and japanese selection. The delicious morsels arrayed on unique tiny plates is a very different experience than heaping everything on one plate! Even the drip coffee was good. The bedroom was super comfortable, no complaints.

The restaurant still requires that guests wear these ridiculous plastic gloves for the breakfast buffet. I also thought the onsen was a bit of a let down, with only one lukewarm bath.

great location, breakfast, comfort, clean (except dust issue)

We stayed for almost 2 weeks in the same room, everything was great with the exception of the dust - it has never been wiped off

The room was perfect size for my husband (6 ft 5) and I . We stayed for 10 nights with two full size suitcases. We found if you use the couch as an area for your clothes it was perfect! So much easier than getting In and out of luggage for 10 days. Rooms in Tokyo can be smaller than the US so we made it work perfectly for us. The Ginza train line is so close , you can get to it without even going outside (for those rainy days). I highly recommend getting the breakfast combo. Delicious! Staff are always happy to help and everything was so clean!

I was extremely impressed! Nothing wrong :)

We booked this hotel at the last-minute and it was such a pleasant surprise, we loved it! The location is one stop away from Tokyo Station on the Sobu rapid line, Narita Express leaving from the same platform where you board the train - super convenient for going back to the airport, even with luggage - use Exit 1 at Shin-Nihonbashi station that has escalators. There is a ton of choices for dining and shopping around the hotel, but the area is very quiet at night. The hotel staff are kind and helpful - especially the young lady in a kimono at the information desk at the hotel entrance (street level - the front desk is on the 9th floor), who, in excellent English, helped me find last-minute gifts and restaurant options in the area. Our room (corner twin) was beautiful and stylish, with comfortable beds, a great view and enough space. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices (both Western and Japanese) and very helpful staff to assist with coffee machines (great coffee by the way!) and anything you need. We were truly impressed with our stay and would love to come back!

If I have to find something, the toilet room has a plastic "carpet" rather than floor tiles.

The hotel is well positioned in the lovely town of Nihonbashi, with a few train lines within 5-10 minutes walking distance and a 7 Eleven just outside for all your daily needs. The rooms are well designed and the lobby is gorgeous. The onsen is very spacious and comfortable. Staff are very professional and will escort you outside to your taxi upon checkout.

I’ve stayed here twice now and would love to visit again. My only complaint would be in regards to one of the male staff members, who seems to speak quite abruptly and with a very serious tone, which is a little off putting. He may be unaware that his English is portrayed this way so I’ve always given him the benefit of doubt.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Breakfast options were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located with good transport links. The room was compact but comfortable with generally good amenities.

limited storage in the rooms. there was no shelf space to store clothes, only hangers. There was very limited English speaking TV options in the room. Only CNN international, that was over-dubbed in Japanese whenever the hourly news was on. Would be good to have English instructions on how to access Smart TV, and connect own device.

The hotel is brilliantly designed, modern and futuristic. The lobby is an inspirational place to get some work done and the all black slick furniture is a stunning reflection of Tokyo's ambience. Additionally the Onsen was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing and its long opening hours meant that you could take a relaxing dip after even the longest day in the city. The provided amenities for the Onsen were also brilliant and reflected the price.

Like most hotel rooms in Tokyo the room was small for western standards. My partner struggled with his height in bed and the space allotted was not enough for our two large check in bags. It is doable but not the most comfortable.

The Japanese breakfast is the best part of our stay. The variety of dishes was excellent. This is also a shuttle bus that loops between Nihonbashi and Tokyo station 15m outside hotel entrance.

Not that we noticed.

Room: The corner room was of a decent size. Very clean and free from any kind of smell. Tub was of good size as well. Breakfast: As we had informed way in advance, they catered halal meal/option that was separate from the main buffet, but we could still choose some from the mains. The manager was very diligent in helping us check and advice for every halal-ok option in the buffet. Location: Very close to the Ginza line, walking distance to most other lines. There are 7-11 and Family Mart at the base of hotel. Very convenient to reach Asakusa, Tsukiji.

Would have been nice to have a small gym. No hotel carpark, nearest is an 8 mins walk. No coin laundry nearby.

Excellent location, very central and easily accessible from everywhere. A 10-minute walk from the park with the Emperor's Palace, Tokyo Station and the Nihombashi business area. The rooms are rather dark, but modern. The breakfast area is very nice and traditional, while the bar is modern. The view on the street from the high floors is very good.

Soundproofing of the walls is rather light. Only a vending machine on 1 floor (1 floor non-alcoholic, another floor alcoholic, but 5 floors in total), so not easy to get Some minibar or room service would really be an added value.
