Hotel Comfybed Ginza is conveniently located near metro stations, 711, and of course all the posh shopping in Ginza. Great value for the location. Staff is very helpful and accommodating, they responded to questions on booking.com that I sent before our trip and were able to store our luggage for an affordable price. We booked our first stay 3 days, went on a weekend trip out of Tokyo, and then returned back to Hotel Comfybed Ginza - it was cheaper to store the luggage with them, instead of forward it to each hotel.

Nothing could be improved on. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Good clean hotel room. Easy walk to subways and shops. Nice quiet area. Would recommend.

I thought the large office chair took up too much space in the room. Checking in is done through a web portal, which was long-winded and difficult. Had to take pictures of the passport and upload it, and read pages of info and tick boxes on my phone, while the reception staff stood and watched.

It’s very clean and spacious compared to most hotels in Tokyo. The bed is very comfortable. Two types of pillows are provided and the bean-type pillow supports the neck very well. I stayed here 6 nights and it was a good stay. A good ionity hairdryer was provided, unlike the tiny hairdryers provided in other hotels. It’s conveniently 3 min walk from the train station.

Sometimes there were some noises probably coming from the aircond or piping? But wasn’t too loud and didn’t disturb my sleep. I wasn’t bothered by it.

Everything was clean and organized. Access to the hotel was easy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. New towels were consistently delivered as scheduled.

Cramped space. Already expected this but still inconvenient. Air conditioning is only up to 20C, and it was during the worst heat wave. But my japanese friend did explain that that's how their ACs are. But again, made us uncomfortable especially when trying to cool off during the day.

Great location; simple, no-frill stay. It worked for what we needed during our last days in Tokyo. The station to get to the airport was located about ten minutes away.

The bathroom kept flooding whenever we took a bath. The room could have been cleaner. And the fridge was working, but it was too cold and we couldn't turn it down a notch.

Very convenient location. Felt very secure as you need to use a pin code to enter after 9pm and into your room. Staff friendly and smiling.

Noises in hallway. Sometimes i would jump because i thought my door opened, but it was someone elses in the hallway. The noise travels too well.

too small a room

Staff was very helpful. Even before checking in, they responded to my questions on this app and were able to store my luggage for a good price for my weekend trip before returning back to this hotel again.
