Clean, and a really nice location. Room was small but functional, although I got no daylight.

Robots don't work/do anything, and are just a bit creepy in reception. They would do better to get rid of them.

The novelty of the robot staff in this hotel was the main reason I booked it in the first place, but actually I had a lot more interaction with the human staff in the end, who were all very helpful. The hotel is in Ginza and an easy walk to all the high-end shops. The hotel offers free drinks for cocktail "hour" (actually 3 hours!) each night too, which is a welcome treat!

The breakfast was very basic (but it was free at least), and the pillow was not very comfortable unfortunately (plus there was only one pillow on the bed).

We want to thank all the staff at the Henn na Hotel Tokyo Ginza for their amazing hospitality. They went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We really appreciated the help with translating on the telephone. And all the little touches, complimentary personal care items, breakfast, hot drinks, biscuits and alcoholic beverages. Value for money and more. A really luxurious stay.

The addition of a western style breakfast, tea/coffee and biscuits available until 5 pm then cocktails. Close to two subway stations.

Although close to subway stations needed to make transfers to get to main attractions so not as convenient as being close to some lines.

The location is awesome! Very close to 2 lines which connect easily to Tokyo Station in 2 stops or less. Ginza is technically walking distance if walking is ok. So near to Tsukiji market. Check-in & check-out is easy… while robots man the counter, there are real human staff on hand to assist if needed. Simple breakfast, tea time and night time drinks are available unlimited all day. Love the smell of their bath soap & shampoo. Room is very clean and there is a self-service laundry available.

I booked a room for 2 (my son & I), it’s a very small room with a double bed and there is not much walking space and no cupboard. Our 2 luggages took up quite a bit of space. I think this is probably a room for 1. So if you want a more comfortable space with more room to move around, suggest you book their bigger rooms.

Near subway station , very easy to go by subway to Asakusa, Akihabara, Ginza and just 10 mnt walk to Tsukiji fish market

Honestly, I LOVE everything about this hotel. It was very impressive. Starting from the check in with the robot, everything was very user friendly. Human staff is actually always around working behind the scenes. They came out from no where to help me when I encountered with some problems interacting with the check in machine. I didn’t even have to look for them. Room was sparkling clean. They provided daily cleaning service even when i didn’t request for it. Free breakfast in the morning, individually packaged bakery items that was very tasty. They even have packed on the go breakfast in a paper bag for those who is in a rush. The location is perfect. There is a convenience store just around the corner. Very close to a few trains station as welll. Somehow this area is less crowded on the train even when it was rush hour. It was perfect for me to slowly exploring the train system while I was still having jet lag in my first few days of arriving Tokyo Japan

The free self-serve breakfast was a great assortment of cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries and orange juice, milk, coffee and tea. The staff were very accommodating. The bathroom was ultra modern and the ac was very responsive. The free hotel wifi was excellent. The hotel is near both the JR and Metro train stations. For first time travelers to Tokyo, the train stations are announced in English and Japanese making it easy to navigate. The locals are also very helpful with directions.

There was only one tv station channel 011 that had a news broadcast for 1/2 hr at 7 pm in English. I signed up for Netflix there to have something to watch on my cellphone.

Great cocktail hours (free), which was a great surprise! The staff were very friendly and the overall experience was positive.

The breakfast was very basic and could’ve had a few more options, as we did pay extra for it.

The location was good, with 5-7 mins access to the metro. The continental breakfast was adequate. The happy hour was great with a wide array of drinks. It was more like happy two hours. We never used the robotic concierge - the human staff were readily available and very helpful. The central station was about a 15 mins walk but easily accessible via metro. The complementary umbrellas on the foyer was a nice touch. Of course, the done thing is to return them after use although there's no binding.

The room was rather small. The contraption to remove the creases in your clothes consumes space unnecessarily as we never had a use for it. Breakfast area a little too small for the traffic in the morning.
